We loved staying here, my fiance and friends came to Nashville for a concert at Nissan Stadium, it was a great location. It was quiet and we could see some animals from the back deck which we loved, there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms with 6 people! It was clean and decorated for fall when we got there, hosts are very easy to talk with and are available basically immediately if you need something or have questions. Next time we come to Nashville we’d love to come back here!
We were very happy with our stay here. The place is humongous and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The property is quiet and clean with great outdoor spaces. It was close enough to the highway to make going out to different places around Nashville simple, but located in such a way that it felt very suburban and green. Would definitely stay here again!
Clean property, plenty of room for all! There was a great area covered deck area that backs up to woods! Enjoyed our time there! Only con, the home had a slight musty smell! Overall all was great
Nice home lots of space only one tv for a party of 7 Can use better lighting especially near the door where the key pad is located had to use flash light to , the outside of the home can use a face lift and pressure wash. Overall nice close to downtowns, shopping and food. Host was great regarding response time.
This was a get-together of 5 siblings from all over the country to just have a fun, quiet weekend and the Woodland Oasis was perfect. It had plenty of room--4 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeping area downstairs--a big kitchen, huge dining table, a nice living room and a great covered porch for sitting outside. It sits on 2 or 3 acres so it is really quiet and peaceful and we had tons of birds and squirrels and even a fox come by to entertain us. It was close to shopping and groceries and restaurants, so it really was ideal. We really loved it.
The house is in a perfect location for taking a quick ride to downtown while also providing an enjoyable location to keep you comfortable and entertained. We enjoyed the privacy of the yard and deck. The house did seem to need a bit of a fix up, some doors were hard to open/close and the deck wall seemed as it would fall (on to any cars parked in the driveway) if they were leaned on. But if those are big issues for you, then this house is great pick.
Only issue I had was that there was a very lengthy check-out process messaged to me by the owner a day or two before the check-out date. This was quite a shock since the listing does not have any check-out instructions listed.
A small group of friends and I take a trip to Nashville every spring for my birthday. The house was just what we needed. Plenty of room for a big breakfast together, plenty of seating outside to enjoy good company, we even had a few visits from a some turkeys. It was a short Lyft ride to town and the location wasn’t hard to find. We did have a storm while we were there which ended up knocking out the power for a bit but we spent most of that time in town. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact as well, and were great about keeping us updated with the power situation. All in all it was a great stay.
Nice clean house and convenient to our venue. A little different with the property owner controlling the ac/heat when we went to sleep. I understand “conserving energy” but I like it cooler when I sleep and not stuffy in small bedrooms.
VRBO needs a better listing about the television service - no cable but had WiFi tv. The HD antenna in the back of the tv was intermittent on its reception and was basically useless.

Bad vibes
The house looked just as listed, is a lovely house & plenty of room for the 6 of us. House was clean & had all the amenities we needed. Nice view, quiet neighborhood, nice back porch to hang out on but………………the smell in the house was awful, just a very old smell & the basement room with the pool table smelled very musty & like mildew which is where we actually started killing wasp from day one! Most would show up in the basement room with the pool table but started making their way into the house! We had noticed a window to a room from the outside where we could see the wasps flying around in there & was flying into the vent going into the attic! The room was locked from the inside but wasp would come from under the door! I did contact the owner & they offered to come spray but I was worried about stirring them up more & making them come into the house so we decided to just let them be & hope no more came out! We ended up killing a total of 10 the first 2 days & decided to leave a day early, the house just gave off bad vibes & everyone was uncomfortable staying there! The smell of the house was getting too much to handle & the big kitchen window had no curtains or anything on it so felt as though we could be seen from anyone outside! Breakfast bars were there for you & after eating a few we noticed they were all expired!
The house is in a quiet suburban area about a 15 minute drive from the attractions of downtown Nashville and east Nashville. Getting an Uber from the house wasn't a problem though we had a little difficulty getting one home at the end of the night. I suspect that's a problem everyone has on the weekend, not something unique to the house.
The house had enough room for the four of us and having four real bedrooms on the main level was great. The house has two additional beds downstairs but they were foutons or air mattresses and weren't super comfortable. The pool table downstairs was nice but there isn't enough room all the way around the table, making play a little interesting.
There is nice outdoor space but no grill or fire pit. The large front porch has no furniture. The side porch is covered and has chairs and a small table. It was perfect for 4 people to enjoy a drink but not conducive to eating outside. The living room has an odd layout, not great for socializing.
Overall it served the needs of 4 old friends getting together to catch up. It would be okay for a larger group if people weren't picky about the 5th and 6th beds and if you didn't plan to spend too much time hanging around in the house.
We were in town to celebrate our daughters 21st! We were very pleased with our stay! It was very clean and be had everything we needed during our stay. our family and friends had plenty of room to spread out. We were there in the midst of a heatwave and the house stayed cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the nice covered porch most earlier in the morning and later in the evening (due to the heatwave). We were able to catch a few pics of turkeys visiting in the morning which was a bonus being with a family of sportsman. And the owner kept check on us to be sure everything was running smoothly. We will definitely consider staying here again when we are in Nashville!
Everyone in our group was pleased with this property, plenty of room for everyone and very quiet place which was perfect for us since we are here for work and need a quiet and relaxing place.
This was a wonderful home for us (3 couples) to stay in while visiting Nashville! There was plenty of room for another couple, with even 2 more sleeping spots. It was very close to downtown, where we planned to be most of the time. We had fun playing pool a few evenings. The house is large and clean.
Recently booked this home for my birthday weekend trip to Nashville! This house comfortably fit and perfectly accommodated the 12 of us. I think the only complaint any of us had was that the home would be pretty warm when we would return at night, and throughout the day when we’d be out on the town. We kept the temperature between the range requested by the property owner, but with the 90 degree weather it seemed sort of inevitable at times. Other than that, there were literally no issues. Danielle was incredibly nice, even reaching out to ask if there was anything she could do for us. I could definitely see us booking this home in the future, just maybe not the summer!
Dani was super easy to get ahold of and very nice! The house was perfect for 12 adults and lots of space for everyone. Very nice area and close enough to everything! We had a blast!
