Fantastic spacious villa perfect for families or groups on holiday together. The private, heated pool was great to go home to after a day in the parks, and to have relaxing sunny mornings in.The location of the villa is ideal, especially for Disney parks as you can use the back roads and avoid the I-4 traffic congestion. 30min drive to Kissimmee, 45mins to airport, 15-20min drive to Disney parks and 30-45mins to Universal parks. Walmart, Aldi and Public supermarkets within 5-10min drive and very accessible. The community setting is private, gated and secluded, so you have peace to unwind into. The only improvement I would suggest for the kitchen is to increase the amount of cooking dishes / oven trays / pizza trays etc, but that’s a very minimal suggestion. Overall, great communication from the host, simple check-in, and a lovely villa. On a side note, the villa location is fantastic for watching early morning rocket launches!!!

Short Stay

We were coming off a cruise and looking for somewhere to rest a couple of days before the drive home. The location worked well to meet up with some family nearby, get groceries, etc. The kids loved having a pool to themselves after the packed cruise pools!

Jones Family Vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. It was clean, pool was great, location near the highway, publix, walmart. What made this the best family trip was the communication with Mr. Roy the property owner. If i text a question the response time was phenomenal. I cant wait for next year.
