2nd holiday this property we had a few issues at the start of our holiday but they were handle promptly by the management company. Karina was very responsive to our issues and acted to resolve them quickly and with minimum impact to ourselves. This home is spacious both in the house and around the pool for larger families. House was clean and easy to access on arrival. My family had a great holiday at the villa and the surrounding area.

Fabulous stay, we stayed the entire month of Feb and it was great. We had a hiccup with the internet the first day and the host Karina was quick, she called me with the provider on the phone and we had an appointment made the next day to switch out the hardware. The pool had a minor leak and they sent someone over to fix it, no bother to us. Had everything for a long stay, even a crock pot we took advantage of:)Close to groceries, coffee and attractions. Sundeck in the pool made for perfect tanning. Neighbors are all wonderful, and it's quiet, no partying late at night. we will book our full two months next year for sure!

This house is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, which is great for walking my dog. I enjoyed sitting out back by the pool watching the golfers. I would definitely rent it again.

Great second stay

After a few years away, we decided to stay here a second time for our trip to Universal Studios. We had 9 in our party, plenty of room for everyone. Grandma really enjoyed the downstairs Master Bedroom & bath, more like an In-Law Quarter. Pool area is larger than usual. We’ll be back!

Well worth staying. I have stayed at many homes for many years. This home was the nicest I’ve stayed in for many years. Pool very nice great view of golf course in the morning with your coffee. House very clean. The house was nice and cold not like some two floor homes in Florida that is like a beatbox. They thought of all your needs while not at home. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
