You will have direct access to one of the island's beaches (Coudepond Beach) and you will be a stone's throw from the forest part. Not to mention its exceptional view! Housing The house has 4 bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom, a large living room with its aperitif/tea area, a dining room and a large kitchen. The house is surrounded by a large plot of land of more than one hectare with a terrace overlooking the sea. You will also have access to a central enclosed area out of sight to fully enjoy the outdoors without being seen! Traveler access You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie Patard de l'île d'Aix, who will also help you have a pleasant stay.
