The "Maison 107" welcomes you in the heart of the protected village of Saint Georges d'Oléron, 2 mins walk from the market, shops and café terraces, 10 mins by bike from the sandy beach of Plaisance, the port du Douhet and the Saumonards forest, by the cycle path.

The house, designed by an architect on an old farm building, is ideally fitted out and nicely decorated for convivial holidays, with family or friends. The large living room overlooks a large landscaped enclosed garden, a welcoming terrace for your lunches and dinners, a swimming pool and its wooden beach suitable for napping.

Linens, books, CDs, DVDs, games, but also deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor equipment ... everything is available to make you feel at home at "Maison 107"!

amazing ile d'oleron

we had a wonderful holiday in the villa at st geoges d'oleron. the pool was fabulous for our grandaughter and the beaches were within easy reach. every member of the family was highly delighted with the accommodation and we all agreed the island is a location to revisit in the future

Tout c est très bien passé la maison est super grande, bien équipée, la piscine impeccable bien chauffée et au soleil. Rien à dire maison à côté du centre avec la coop pour faire les courses …le marché de Cheray a 20 min à pied et des balades à faire au tour (l étang, les pistes cyclables…)

Un cocon paisible, en milieu de village. Calme, parfaitement emménagé, propre. Spacieux tout en étant à taille humaine. Les enfants ont tous eu leur espace et tout le monde était ravis! Tout est proche et Irina réactive. On revient les yeux fermer !

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Lage!

Das Haus hat schöne, große Zimmer und eine tolle Außenanlage. Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen hier verbracht. Die Lage in Mitten des idyllischen Ortskerns hat eine tolle Erfahrung ermöglicht. Die Lage im Ort nimmt man aber weder im Haus noch im Garten wahr. Es ist sehr ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad kam man innerhalb 10-30 Minuten zu diversen Stränden. Die Schönheit der Insel will ich hier nicht weiter ausführen. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

Perfektes Haus

Wir haben das große, schöne, helle, ruhige Haus genossen. Küche war top eingerichtet, alle Utensilien da, die man sich wünscht. Der Pool war klasse und es gab eine Menge Poolutensilien. Mit dem ausgeliehenen Fahrrad ist man in 15 min am Strand. Bäcker und Markthalle bieten leckere Speisen und ein Ausflug zum Leuchtturm oder nach La Rochelle eine schöne Sache. Aber schon der nette kleine See um die Ecke mit Spielplatz, Hupfburg, Minitretbooten bietet für Kinder viel. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

het huis en de omgeving waren prachtig, voldeed voor ons aan alle verwachtingen bedden ok, ruim huis, mooi aangenaam zwembad, veel privacy minpunt: nadat we het huisje verlieten, kregen we onderweg een venijnige mail met foto's waarop onze hond zogenaamd alles had volgeplast in de berging. het betrof een gevallen brik sinaasappelsap dat door ons onvoldoende was opgeruimd (niet gezien dat er nog op een andere plek was uitgelopen). voor ons een heel onaangename afsluiter van een mooie vakantie. De stijl van de mail was erg cru! besluit: huisdieren welkom, ik denk het niet!

Superbes vacances!

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable dans cette maison. Nous étions déjà venus l'an dernier à la même époque et c'est avec plaisir que nous avons retrouvé le calme, le confort et le charme de cet endroit. Nos enfants se sont également régalés. Le jardin est superbe, la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous recommandons vivement la location de la maison 107 à Saint Georges d'Oléron!

Super séjour

Nous étions venu pour faire du Surf et du Kite. L'emplacement était idéal pour rejoindre les différents spots, en fonction de la météo. Le port / plage du Douhet n'est qu'à 15 mn en vélo. La maison est à proximité de la place centrale de St Georges, très agréable à vivre, et tout confort. Sa piscine chauffée et son jardin sont un vrai plus avec les enfants. On recommande vivement l'adresse!

Très belle maison,spacieuse. Nous étions 8 dont 2 personnes en fauteuil roulant, 1 personne en dehambulateur, 1 personne marchant avec canne (c'est dire à quel point la maison est grande). Piscine chaude même fin octobre. Merci à Irina pour son accueil.

Spacious house with fantastic pool in quiet village

The house is very spacious and comfortable and the pool area is wonderful. Our teenage son and his friends loved the lights in the pool and made the most of some night swims. We did find that the top rooms get very warm as they have skylights and it’s unwise to open windows because of the mosquitoes. We also thought that we’d rented the whole house for a week, however, one of the double bedrooms was not made up on our arrival, despite it being a 4 bedroom house and a party of 4. We were also asked that only one bed in each of top rooms should be used. Perhaps this is standard in rental properties, but I’d expected to be able to use all available beds if I was renting the whole house. Also, be aware that at the end of your stay you will need to empty both indoor and Outdoor dustbins - so I’d recommend that you bag everything up very securely so you don’t have a smelly car like we did when you leave! St Georges itself is a lovely low key, quiet village and feels safe and friendly. There’s a supermarket and a restaurant and that’s about it, so it wouldn’t suit those seeking a lively nightlife. However, it’s perfect for a relaxed beach holiday. There’s plenty of beautiful sandy beaches to explore within a reasonable distance and it’s a perfect place for biking. For a busier vibe and a trip out to Fort Boyard, we would recommend visiting Boyardville. Aim for the morning as it does get busy. Overall, we had a fantastic week in St Georges and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Isle d’Oleron

excellent séjour à saint-georges. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires et super contact avec irina lors du départ. Merci à christophe et à son épouse pour la délicate attention lors de notre arrivée. Seul petit bémol, l'efficacité toute relative du lave-vaisselle, même avec des lavages à 70°C.
