Relatively new, very well maintained home. Very clean and comfortably furnished. Nice neighborhood and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. It would be my first choice when I’m in Phoenix again.

Perfect stay for a family basketball tournament trip!The property and home were perfect for our stay! The location felt very safe and clean, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. We especially appreciated having plenty of comfortable spaces to unwind in between my son’s basketball games. It was exactly what we needed—would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, the three bedrooms were comfortable and convenient for a family, the pool was very nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom products, towels, bedding, etc. very nice, quiet neighborhood.

I absolutely loved staying at this home. It was super clean and close to everything you could possibly need. There’s plenty of restaurants and shopping within minutes from the property also! Check in was super easy, plenty of things in the kitchen to get you started also. This place will definitely be my go to whenever I’m traveling to Arizona!! Thanks Mel! 3

Overall, the property and amenities were great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very communicative, kind, and pleasant to work with, which we truly appreciated.There was a noticeable odor in the home that unfortunately lingered for several days, and the house could benefit from a few minor repairs and updates. The outdoor furniture in particular is showing some wear and has stains, so replacing or refreshing those pieces would make a nice difference. Also, adding mirrors in 2 of the bedrooms, which did not have any, and updating the bathroom rugs would make this a perfect place to stay. We appreciated the owner’s responsiveness and care throughout our visit.

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Toys for the kids, towels and kitchen supplies were ample. Neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! We could not have asked for a better location or experience! Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Access was easy and it was nice to have a garage. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was sparkling clean. We hope to stay again! Thank you!

The property was clean and welcoming. Easy to locate, directions were simple and direct. The pool was sparkling clean, warm during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with necessities and some. Location of the property is perfect, shops and a lot of restaurants nearby. While on my morning run, I came across a great place to run. The host is very responsive, I appreciate the promptness. Would definitely book a stay again.

Great house in Gilbert

My husband and I stayed here during our recent visit. We have rented many VRBO houses and this is my all time favorite! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a nice neighborhood that allowed us to walk and jog easily. It’s location near San Tan mall, downtown Gilbert and downtown Chandler with so many restaurant, bars, shopping options nearby was perfect. The backyard and pool are great and we spent so much time out there enjoying it. We are planning to come back and hope to rent this home again with our three older kids soon. I know they would love it and there will be plenty of room for all of us to stay here!!

Place was great and the owners were amazing

Loved staying here. The backyard was so peaceful and the neighborhood is very quiet. The owners are amazing people to work with. They made our trip super special and meaningful. I really appreciate them and this house!
