This relaxing, cozy 2/2 condo is waiting for you! Palmetto is located just a short walk across the street to the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach. Steps away is Fat Daddy's arcade and Adventure Island amusement center where you and your family can enjoy putt putt golf, laser tag, bumper boats and more. Nearby restaurants and shopping located within walking distance.

There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bedroom has a full sized bathroom and flat screen Roku TV for you to enjoy along with balcony access. Bedroom #2 has queen bed and access to Jack-and-jill full bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen is provided along with a Keurig and a starter of K-cups for your morning coffee that you can enjoy sitting on your own private balcony. The unit also boasts your own private washer and dryer. Flat screen Roku TV for you to enjoy in the living room along with various board games and playing cards.

Beautiful, newly, renovated pool!

Fantastic condo! Everything about the property is warm and welcoming. The location is perfectly peaceful but still close to everything you need. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, WiFi that works, and the kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need (loved the Keurig). Fantastic experience worth repeating.

The condo was in a wonderful location within walking distance of the beach, had all of the comforts of home, and was super clean. Plenty of towels and cookware and there is even shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in both bathrooms. Communication with Nikki was great the whole time we were here. Highly recommend this lovely rental to anyone coming to the area. We will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway

I stayed here early October with my partner. It was the perfect location with a very easy walk to the beach. The place was very clean and paid great attention to detail, with nice additions such as make up wipes and Keurig pods. The balcony was very nice to sit on in the mornings. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Additionally, communication with the owner, Nikki, was always extremely prompt and she was very helpful and eager to answer questions. Great way to experience the gulf coast

Our family of 6 stayed here for summer vacation and had a great time. The condo was easy to access, clean, well-decorated, came with shaded parking and had a nice pool in the complex. It's an easy 5-8 minute walk to the beach, which is the white sand / clear water look similar to Pensacola and Destin. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, Walmart right down the street, close to other beaches in Gulf Shores, Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach, if you want some variety. All in all, it was a wonderful stay for the family. Be advised, though, the host doesn't supply any beach gear, so you'll want to bring/buy your own. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in the Orange Beach area in the future.

My family and I rented this condo along with another condo at this property. The owner was amazing to work with and this property was very nice. I can not say that about the other condo. Adorable Place

My daughter and I had a great stay at this location. The inside of the condo is spacious and the decorations are perfect for a beach place. Everything was very clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. This cute place provided more little things than any condo I’ve ever stayed at (shampoo, soap, etc). The only stress I had the whole time was backing out of the assigned parking spots - this unit’s parking area is more narrow than the others in the complex because of a stairway, so if you have a wide car, you may want to make sure it will fit before you rent. We drove a Honda CR-V and I estimate we had around 12” on each side.

Spring break trip

We loved that it was close to the beach, restaurants, and trails. We got to see the alligator a few times in the pond as well. Nicole provided everything we needed in the condo and more. The space was big enough for our family and we were able to make most of our meals there. Our only challenge was the busy road that we had to cross to get to the beach with young children- was a little frightening each time. Just beware if you have young children. :) Overall, we had a great trip and will be back again!

Why they chose this property

The coziness of this unit is felt as soon as you walk through the door. I love how there is free covered parking for 2 mid-sized cars and easy access to the front door. There are no outdoor elevators available, but just 2 small flights of stairs (about 8 steps apiece) and you are right there. Use the easy keypad lock with a 4 digit code and you are in!

If you are a person who needs natural light like I do, you will love this unit. Open the blinds and you will love how the room lights up. Crash on the cozy couch and enjoy watching your favorite streaming channel. Want to stay in and play a few board games or cards? No problem. I have provided some for you to enjoy with your family.

When you are ready to hit the beach, you can either do a quick 5 minute walk across the street by way of the dedicated cross walk. If you don't want to walk, there is a short 30 second drive to a public beach parking lot . Walk onto the beach and enjoy the white sand between your toes. The Wharf, Gulf Shores, and FloraBama are all within a 10 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

If you're wanting a low density, cozy place to stay while visiting Orange Beach, this is the place for you! Avoid the beachside rental charges by staying at Orange Beach Getaway located at Palmetto Condominiums! The unit is across the street from the beach with a designated crosswalk for you to access the white sands of Romar Public Beach.

If you're looking to take the family out for fun, you dont even need to get into your car. Adventure Island is steps away. There you'll find bumper boats, laser tag, go-karts, putt-putt golf and more. Fat Daddy's arcade is seconds from your front door if you're looking for arcade games. Restaurants/shopping are all within walking distance so you don't even have to load up in the car.
