About this property

Close to everything with a beautiful view of the gulf. Perfect beach getaway.

Walk to everything from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with spectacular gulf beach views. The sunrises are unforgettable. The entire building has been remodled. Pool, work out area, bar b-q area, large TVs in pool area, and veranda to watch sports. The common areas are in top notch condition. Inside the condo the Master bedroom has a king size bed for a comfortable nights sleep, with a slider leading to the balcony with that great view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a new queen size air matress for additional sleep space, and the couch can sleep another guest if necessary. The condo will sleep a family of 5-7 comfortably. Both bedrooms have televisions with a third in the living room. Internet and cable TV are also supplied. There is on site parking available for up to two vehicles per stay, the HOA charges $50.00 per stay for each vehicle. We are located six hours from Atlanta, 2.5 hours from New Orleans, 3 hours from Montgomery, and 4+ hours from Birmingham. The beach access is just steps away across the street with a traffic light next to the building. This area has great beaches, dining, nightlife, and fishing. The Amphitheater, with top name acts, is just a few minutes away and the Flora-bama and the Hangout are also near by. Coastal recently opened and has a delicious variety of meals and the atmosphere is beach all the way. Inside or out steps from the sand. The travel baseball world series is held at the sportsplex just a short 3 miles away. There are numerous festivals throughout the year with live music and great food. The shopping is great also. There are many boutiques and specialty stores all around town as well as a large outlet store in Foley. We are very close to the Orange Beach baseball fields, the Wharf, Owa amusement park, water parks, and so much more. There is so much to do here....so, what are you waiting for?

The best time ever!!

Our hosts were amazing and incredibly accommodating and the room was absolutely gorgeous! It has the best view and is only a short walk from the beach. It included any amenity you would ever need, would most definitely recommend and book again ourselves!

This was a great place to bring three kids. The pool was just downstairs and the beach a five minute walk. The condo itself was clean, roomy, and had lots of options for the TV. The owners, Mike and Janice were easy to contact and were able to correct any issues (we had a moment when the AC was not working correctly, but was solved in an hour). We will certainly stay there again and recommend the condo to anyone we know that want to travel in the area. Only one thing that I may have missed in the listing is that there is a charge for parking.

Great Stay, perfect location.

Perfect location. 5 minute walk to beach. Highway does seem a bit intimidating but my 6 yr old son and I would make the walk every trip to the beach. Crosswalk makes it safe and convenient. Condo community is very quiet and nice. View of the beach and pool were perfect for the family as we could see our beach area/seats and speak to kids at pool.

We take a lot of pride in our condo and understand folks spend their very hard earned money to go on vacation to the beach. As we also travel for business and often use VRBO to stay. We appreciate how wonderful it is to get somewhere that is well furnished, outfitted and clean.

Why they chose this property

Our condo sits directly across the street from the beach and recently upgraded state park. A short walk or drive across the street and the sand is in your toes, salt air in your nose and the sound of the waves in your ears. There is a Publix within walking distance and numerous good restaurants in the area to keep you eating at a new one every night for a year. We are flexible on Reservations, rates are competitive, our process easy. Other than the drive down, your stay will be fun and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

This condo sits in the middle of the Alabama Gulf coast but only 20 minutes to the Naval Air Station in Pensacola. Gulf Shores is right next door, Fort Morgan 20 minutes away as well. Most everything is 5 to 10 minutes away and for those who do not want to leave the condo other than to go to the beach, our kitchen is well equipped with lots of cookware and the property has a sitting area that has charcoal grills and tables. Relaxing in the condo instead of waiting to get in a restaurant can only add to the trip.
