This house is walking distance to the Chicago metra rail system and Wheaton College, as well as a 6 minute drive to both downtown Wheaton and downtown Glen Ellyn! All of the home is completely updated! Newly renovated kitchen with granite and stainless steel. Classy dining space. Extremely cozy living room with a smart TV. Hardwood floors throughout. Stunning stained glass windows. New washer and dryer. We put so much work into renovating this little gem!

Note: the stairs in this older home are narrow, please stay cautious with those who are elderly

Many restaurants, shops, parks, museums, forest preserves, and much more to see in the area! About 30 minutes away from each airport. Access to Chicago is remarkably convenient with the accessible train station 2 blocks away and the frequent Metra train scheduling each and every day. Ask us for recommendations. NO shoes in the house please! You may leave your shoes inside the home in the front entry way. We want to keep the floors and carpets clean for all to enjoy!
Please do not hang any objects or place any tape or nails the walls
Only toilet paper in the toilet. If you clog the pipes and there is a plumber needed, you will be billed for the repair. This is an older home with lots of charm and character, please respect it.
Please leave the house the way you found it. No moving furniture from room to room. Any cleaning beyond normal use (extra dirt or soiling of furniture, beds, bedding, floors, etc.) will be subject to an extra service cleaning fee above the rate listed.
Quiet hours: Starts 11 pm Sunday - Thursday, 12 am Friday & Saturday. Please be respectful of our lovely neighbors! There is no trespassing on the neighbor's property.
The smell or evidence of smoke or any illegal substances in the house will incur a minimum $300 fee.
