merci pour votre avis positif.
Pour les draps et linge de maison, nous avons déja eu des locataires qui devaient apporter leurs draps, et qui finalement sont venus sans et ont dormi à même les matelas.....
C'est pourquoi nous fournissons systématiquement les draps et serviettes, à règler à l'arrivée, selon le nombre de chambres occupées.. Ce point est clairement précisé dans l'annonce, ainsi que dans le contrat de location.
Cependant, afin de vous être agréable et pour répondre à votre demande, nous avons fait une exception pour vous, et vous n'avez rien règlé.
Sur le bruit, vous êtes à proximité immédiate du port, et vous avez donc l'animation du port..... Cette situation vous permet d'avoir une vue exceptionnelle sur les bateaux et sur le golfe.
Notez que les restaurants ont l'obligation formelle de fermer à minuit.
En fermant les doubles baies, les volets et en mettant la clim, l'activité du port devient quasiment inaudible.
Nous occupons personnellement l'appartement plusieurs semaines par an, y compris en été, et nous y dormons très bien malgré notre âge (>60 ans ...!)
