Corsican natural beauty

Villa has every thing you need for a fabulous holiday. The interior and exterior factors are just amazing. Quiet location in the midst of pine trees with the perfect view of the Santa Giulia bay and beech. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops and very near to magnificent town of Porto-Vecchio. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in comfy house and ideal location. Thank you Gianni for sharing your property with us and hope to return soon to this wonderful place.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie depuis la terrasse. Un logement super agréable tout confort avec la clim, très bien situé. Nous avons passé 1 semaine de rêve : bonifacio, porto vecchio, plages de rêve, journée et ballade a la rivière et piscines naturelles de Cavu, journée location d'un petit bateau depuis la baie de Santa Guillia grace au permis bateau pour atteindre des criques de rêve et iles lavezzi. Un hôte très chaleureux et agréable par WhatsApp avec un accueil par Agnès au top. On vous recommande aussi le food truck de Mathieu : Aromath ! Un regal tout fait maison et produits locaux (burgers, salades, poke bawl, ...) avec des zones en pleine nature pour s'installer manger confortablement et parking : Notre 1er repas le samedi midi de notre arrivee a quelques minutes en voiture de la résidence, visible en bord de route. Une semaine geniale en famille !

L hébergement correspond parfaitement à la description.La vue est magnifique L emplacement est ideal par rapport à la plage de Santa Giulia, vous y etes en 10min à pied et y a des petits restaurants sur la petite plage à votre gauche en descendant à des prix abordables.Que dire de la plage de Santa Giulia juste paradisiaque, fort fréquentée en pleine saison mais en allant dans les extrémité à gauche ou droite, vous trouverez un peu plus d espace et la mer bleu turquoise Le propriétaire est à votre écoute et prends soin d etre disponible.Merci également à Marie-Paule et sa fille pour leurs disponibilités et leurs conseilsDe très bonnes vacances, nous conseillons fortement et espérons y retourner un jour

Sejour merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement merveilleux, entre détente et tranquillité.La maison est exactement comme décrite : propre, confortable, très bien équipée et idéalement située. Super séjour !

La villa a été très bien rénovée avec goût. Vous aurez accès à 1 grande piscine et la magnifique plage de Santa giulia est à 8min à pied. Le propriétaire est charmant et répond rapidement à toutes les questions. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis mais il est possible d'en louer à la dame qui fera votre état des lieux d'entrée. Superbe région à voir et à revoir ! Merci pour ce superbe séjour ! Nous espérons revenir prochainement.

Wunderbare Lage - komfortable Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in St. Guilia. Die FeWo war perfekt: bestens ausgestattet, sauber und modern mit traumhaftem Blick auf die türkisfarbene Bucht. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe und als Alternative der Pool fast vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Gianni lief völlig problemlos. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Cadre magnifique

Cette location se situe dans un cadre préservé, avec vue sur la plage de Santa Guilia. La maison entièrement rénovée offre des conditions idéales pour un séjour de vacances, plusieurs salles de bain, deux grandes chambres, terrasse dominante, jardinet et tout le confort ménager. Belle région, certainement plus agréable hors saison !! Très bons contacts avec Giani...et nous sommes prêts pour un autre séjour.

Vor allem der Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und dem gemauerten Grill sowie die Nähe zum Strand waren toll! Die gesamte Anlage ist schön bepflanzt.

Super semaine à Santa Giulia

Appartement moderne, idéal pour une famille de 4 (voire 5-6 personnes avec le canapé-lit du salon), en excellent état et avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Plage de Santa Giulia accessible à pied en 7-8 minutes. Gianni fournit toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'arrivée à la maison, et Marie-Paule est présente pour l'entrée dans les lieux. Elle a même des solutions pour obtenir des draps au dernier moment car nous n'avions pas fait attention qu'ils n'étaient pas fournis. Merci pour cette très belle semaine, la Corse nous manque déjà. Vue magnifique et résidence d’une propreté irréprochable

Emplacement idéal pour accéder à la plage avec de jeunes enfants. Vue extraordinaire de la terrasse. La maison est très propre et correspond à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Le propriétaire est réactif et très aimable.

PARFAIT !!

Rien à redire. L'appartement a été rénové récemment avec goût, il est parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. On sent que Gianni aime cet endroit et en prend soin. La résidence est idéalement située à 800m de la mer et quand on connaît les difficultés de stationnement à Santa Giulia, c'est précieux de pouvoir y aller à pied ! Gianni est attentif au confort de ses hôtes et très agréable. Je recommande à 100% cet endroit et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Gianni informed us well in advance on all the details and made us feel welcome from the start. The house was clean, newly renovated, well equipped and even bigger than expected. The balcony with the view on the bay is a real asset and we had a barbecue almost every evening. The kids loved the swimming pool which was clean and really big. The beach is only a 5 Min. walk away (with kids). We will be back.:)

Excellente prestation

La maison est très agréable et très confortable. Très bien située. La vue est magnifique, les terrasses, l'équipement, tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Séjour très agréable à Santa Giulia

Agréable séjour fin mai à Santa Giulia. La maison est jolie, bien équipée et surtout bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la mer. On peut aller en 5 minutes à pied sur la magnifique plage de Santa Giulia qui reste pas trop fréquentée à cette période. Porto-Vecchio et les supermarchés sont à 10 min de voiture.
