My husband and I are both retired. He was a Dean and Profession at Tulsa University and I was a Landman/Division Order Analyst for Kaiser-Francis and eventually as a Consultant for Attorneys, Royalty Owners, and Oil Companies. I am an avid Golfer and Pickleball Player, Swimmer and Bridge Player. My husband also loves the game of golf but unfortunately needs a shoulder replacement in the near future. We have 5 children and 10 grandchildren, with a few in the area.
Why they chose this property
This property cannot be in a more beautiful setting with wonderful neighbors. We have a Facebook page that allows us to all stay in touch and keep track of our wandering pets. We live 60 seconds away from the Oaks Country Club. It might be possible that I would be able to purchase 4 rounds of golf for whomever rented our home if they wish to play. It is a very beautiful course with a wonderful Club house. There is a pool which could also be used as my guest should you wish to request that as well. The pool in the backyard is very nice and such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy friends and family.
What makes this property unique
We are so close to Tulsa Hills up on a very high hill overlooking Tulsa, with many good restaurants including Belk's, Lowes, Ross, Marshalls, Target and Sam's. Texas Road road, Abuellos, a New Bar BQ place and two other Mexica restaurants plus Pizza are just 2 miles away. One is straight down the road to the Tournament about 12 minutes away.
