Relax in the sauna and the jacuzzi with beach, sun and ocean waves. Find pure relaxation? Then you are right with us!

In our lovingly furnished beach house "Ostseeblick 205" you will find everything to free body, heart and soul from the stress of everyday life. Relax to your heart's content in the sauna, then a jump over the dunes in the Baltic Sea - it's only 35 meter and then into the hot tub.

spend the winter evenings by the fireplace, or enjoy the sound of the sea on the terrace in the summer - that's just part of what offers our beautiful beach house. Our bright gallery is a "secret"! Sitting here, a glass of wine, or a cup of tea and enjoy the view through the pine trees on the Baltic Sea. Find a cozy place to dangle the soul.

Our comfortable and homelike equipped house with the number 205 was in 2016 freshly renovated and newly furnished. It stands just behind the dunes on the beach front in a pine forest. Poet You can not dwell on the Baltic Sea well. The house is for max. 6 persons.

It includes 2 bedrooms and a relaxing bath with whirlpool and sauna, lounge with fireplace, kitchen with Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother, dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker.

A flat screen TV with internet access and a second TV upstairs and a selection of games will never be bored. Now with free Internet access (WLAN), own beach chair and Weber Grill.

On the gallery with a seating area and ocean views, as well from the upper bedrooms.

Relax after an eventful summer in the jacuzzi, you heat up in the sauna after a walk on the beach in autumn or enjoy the cozy warmth of a crackling fireplace on a freezing cold winter day.

Our house has a beach chair on the terrace and a lockable bike house at the house.

At shallow water sloping beach can wee unconcerned splashing and great to relax carefree. Free parking at the house. Another parking lot outside the park may be chargeable rented for 7 € / night. Timely reservation is necessary because only a small number are available.

Please note: The houses in the beach park are in a biosphere reserve, so the barbecue with an open fire is not allowed.

Hier nur ein paar Anmerkungen für nachfolgende Gäste und, warum wir einen Punkt abgezogen haben:Blick aufs Meer: wer sich in der oberen Etage am Fenster auf die Zehenspitzen stellt (und groß genug ist), kann es durch den Dünenwald durchschimmern sehen.Keine Mikrowelle, obwohl in Haus-BeschreibungKein GrillKeine Gebrauchsanweisungen für Kaminofen, Sauna, WhirlpoolMesserschärfer wär tollKein MülltransponderBesserwisser-Modus: "Patio" (innenliegender, teilweise überdachter Hof) stimmt auch nicht: ist eher eine Terrasse entlang der Südseite.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, von der Ausstattung her fehlte es uns an nichts, jedoch sind einige Möbel und auch Küchenutensilien schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil beschädigt. Da müsste mal nachgerüstet werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, von der oberen Etage kann man auch die Ostsee sehen. Meine Familie und ich hatten eine schöne Woche und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus in super Lage. Jedoch: Später Check-In, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht möglich früher einzuchecken obwohl das Haus bereits einen Tag vorher sauber und leer stand. Fragwürdige Nebenkostenabrechnung, die bei uns ungewöhnlich hoch ausfiel.

Wir bedanken uns für das tolle Haus in super Lage. Die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten Wasser und Strom ist transparent, es werden die vom Mieter selbst abgelesenen Daten verwendet. Der Preis für Strom und Wasser ist im Vertrag ausgewiesen und deutscher Durchschnitt. Der Check out um 10 Uhr und die Check in Zeit am Nachmittag ist im Inserat kommuniziert. Die Zeitspanne wird für eine gründliche Reinigung der gut frequentierten Objekte benötigt. Natürlich ist bei leerem Haus in der Nebensaison ein früherer Bezug nach Rücksprache möglich, da Sie den Schlüssel im Tresor vorfinden, für den Sie einen Zugangscode erhalten. Wir bedanken uns für die wertvollen Hinweise, um in Zukunft die Kundenbedürfnisse noch besser erfüllen zu können. Gerne würden wir Sie nochmals in Baabe begrüssen wollen.

Entspannung an der Ostsee

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir konnten alle Extras, wie Whirlpool und Kamin, ausgiebig nutzen. Es ist von riesen Vorteil, dass das Ferienhaus direkt am tollen und feinen Sandstrand Baabe liegt.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet und war nur 30m von der Ostsee entfernt. Also Top-Lage. Ansprechpartner war immer erreichbar und der Hausmeisterservice verlief auch ohne Probleme. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolle Lage, Ungepflegtes und schmutziges Objekt

Die Lage des Objektes war sehr schön. Direkte Strandnähe und tolle Umgebung. Was nicht schön war, war die Sauberkeit des Objektes. Verschimmelte Kaffeemanschiene (Pad), kein Mülleimer vorhanden, Betten im EG sehr schmutzig, Brandmelder abmontiert, Kinderstuhl defekt und nur notdürftig repariert, Ungeziefer Köderfallen im Haus verteilt. Preis / Leistung hat absolut nicht gepasst.
