The beach house "Meeresleuchten 231" offers you not only the comfort of an exclusive holiday home but also a wellness oasis with sauna, whirlpool, underfloor heating and fireplace.

Miles of sandy beach on the doorstep, healthy air and tranquility in the beach park round out the luxury of our house on.

Here you can relax in every season to your heart's content and leave the stress of everyday life behind.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with woodburning stove, a beautiful dining area and a light-flooded, cozy gallery with sofa provide an ambience that leaves nothing to be desired.

For the safety of our little ones was provided with 2 stair gates (top and bottom) and socket fuses. Also 'quadrupeds with culture' are most welcome.

Das Haus ist sehr nahe dem Strand Übergang gelegen, man braucht höchsten 5 Minuten.Aus der oberen Etage kann man sogar das Meer sehen.Das Mobiliar wirkt teils sehr verlebt, Sofa Oberfläche sehr abgenutzt. Es gibt viele Gardinenstange, ohne Gardinen. In der Galerie konnten man leider nicht die Fenster abdunkeln um sich dort etwas Privatsphäre zu schaffen. Sofa, Schränke und Tische wirken auch sehr in die Tage gekommen. Der Esstisch wackelte sehr. Im Bad waren die Armaturen sehr verrostet, es gab viele Schimmlige Ecken.Die Abflüsse (Dusche, Küche) insgesamt laufen sehr langsam ab und müssten gereinigt werden.Beim Spülen oder Badewanne füllen kam aus dem Abfluss ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch.Man kann für 6 Personen buchen, es gab leider weder 6 Große Tassen noch ein Brötchen Messer. Es wirkt alles sehr zusammen gewürfelt. Selbst die Kehrschaufel war kaputt und konnt dadurch eher schlecht als Recht genutzt werden.Wir waren das 4x in der Anlage und waren das erste Mal enttäuscht.Das Haus ist mit dem absolut nötigsten Ausgestattet, für uns hat es an Liebe gefehlt. Daher werden wir nicht nochmal wieder kommen oder es weiterempfehlen.

Gleichzeitig möchten wir anmerken, dass in den vergangenen Monaten bereits einige Erneuerungen vorgenommen wurden – unter anderem ein neuer Geschirrspüler, ein neuer Terrassentisch sowie neue Möbel im Galeriebereich und neue Sessel im Wohnbereich. Auch die Couch ist noch relativ neu. Geschmäcker und persönliche Erwartungen an Einrichtung und Stil werden natürlich unterschiedlich wahrgenommen. Ihre Hinweise zu einzelnen Punkten wie den Abflüssen oder fehlenden Kleinigkeiten nehmen wir dennoch ernst und prüfen diese selbstverständlich. Schade, dass Ihr Eindruck diesmal nicht so positiv war wie bei Ihren vorherigen Aufenthalten. Trotzdem danken wir Ihnen für Ihre ehrliche Rückmeldung.

Die Nähe zum Strand war für uns toll und aus der oberen Etage hat man das Meer auch gesehen. In der Küche fehlten uns einige Dinge wie Gläser und Teller. Im oberen Bad ist die Dusche für größere Menschen nicht benutzbar, da sie viel zu niedrig ist und der Wasserhahn müsste mal überholt werden. Im unteren Bad sind der Duschkopf und der Halter nicht kompatibel so das das Wasser nicht von oben kommt. Die Stufe im Eingangsbereich war für unsere Eltern zu hoch und so sind wir über die Terrasse rein und raus, was ja durch die abschließbare Tür problemlos möglich ist.

Wir haben den Urlaub im Strandhaus im Dünenpark sehr genossen. Das Haus war super eingerichtet und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben.. Die Wege zum Wasser und in den Ort optimal . Mit der Bäderbahn , dem Bus und dem Rasenden Roland kann man auch bei Regenwetter tolle Ausflüge planen. Also ein perfekter Urlaub.

Haus hätte einige Sachen die man erneuern müsste. Veranda war kaputt. Bei der Ankunft war einiges noch sehr schmutzig. Mussten es melden ! Auszug für Tisch steht auf der Veranda aber so einen Tisch dazu gibt es gar nicht. Check in und Lage war super

Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstattung

Die Anreise zur Winterzeit ab 16 Uhr ist wegen der Dunkelheit nicht ganz einfach. Aber das war auch schon der einzige Mini-Minuspunkt. FH wurde schnell warm. Umfangreiche Ausstattung. Alle Geräte funktionierten. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Strand fast vor der Haustür.

Das Haus ist als Nichtraucherobjekt ausgeschrieben, allerdings stinkt der Mülleimer in der Küche nach Zigaretten. Auch lagen/ liegen diverse Zigarettenreste vor der Tür im Gras. Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr 👍. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, gut gelegen,auch sehr gut geeignet für kältere Jahreszeiten .Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Einen kleinen Mängel gibt es, für 6 Erwachsene wird es ein bisschen eng, ist aber nicht so schlimm .Wir würden gerne wieder hin fahren.

Sauberkeit , Zustand

Das positve am Haus ist die Lage welche sehr gut ist. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Leider ist das Haus schon sehr abgewohnt und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung, besonders das Bad in der oberen Etage. Die Sitzmöbel (Couch 2u.3-Sitzer) sind eigentlich nicht nutzbar, sehr fleckig u.Tierhaare einfach nicht einladend sich dort hinzusetzen. Wir haben das Haus in einem schmutzigen Zustand vorgefunden. Wir haben mehrmals die Objektbetreuung kontaktiert welche auch zweimal kam um nachzubessern aber es war leider nicht zufriedendstellend. Wir sind bestimmt nicht kleinlich aber man möchte sich wohlfühlen in seinen Urlaub. Wir haben dann selber nachgeputzt. Das ist leider schade und man zahlt auch gut Miete und kann erwarten das alles sauber u. nutzbar ist. Wir haben schon öfters ein Haus im Stranpark gemietet und waren immer sehr zufrieden, also es geht auch anders.
