Apartment in the center of Graz

The apartment is on the ground floor and has 65m ^ 2 of living space. It is located near the Kepler Bridge at the foot of the Schlossberg in the inner city. Very centrally located, only max. 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tram to the center (main square). The main train station can also be reached in just 5-7 minutes by bus.
You can walk up to the Schloßberg directly from the house and reach the Starcke-Haus or the Graz clock tower in about 15 minutes. The apartment is rented exclusively as a holiday apartment and is not occupied by me.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and kitchen appliances, and there is no food in the apartment. Therefore, if you want to cook, you have to bring or buy everything you need in this regard (the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away on foot, Hofer (Aldi) and Billa).

In the apartment there are 2 large double beds in each of the 2 bedrooms, on which there is enough space to sleep comfortably. Furthermore, in one bedroom there is a sofa bed with 2 additional sleeping possibilities, so 6 (2 + 4) people can sleep comfortably in 2 rooms in the apartment. There is no living room. An additional bed would still be possible. For families with children I can provide a travel cot or 2 fall protection devices for the bed.

A washing machine is also available.

Parking in the streets is a bit complicated due to the parking zones in the inner city of Graz (see blue and green zones Graz-> information). If you have any questions, just discuss with me beforehand which is the best parking option.

In the neighboring house there is a bakery where you can buy very good pastries and also have breakfast.

There is a bus stop right by the house (lines 58 and 63), the buses leave from the main train station in the direction of the university district. Tram lines 4 and 5 are only 50 meters away. These drive into the center (Graz main square) and then on to the Graz city hall and the UPC arena (football stadium).
Bed linen is included in the rental price, for towels I charge a small extra allowance. You will be provided with a large shower towel and a small towel per person. If this additional expense allowance is not desired, please just bring your own towels. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night is also payable. This will be deducted when the deposit is repaid. Children up to 15 years do not pay tourist tax. Students who study in Graz for a month and people who work for at least 14 days in Graz do not pay tourist tax.
