BRAND NEW (HEATED) POOL AND HOT TUB AT SAN DE LUNA!

Awesome sound front views and access to beaches are available at San De Luna #14. This sound front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home is ideal for leisure whether for family vacation or quick retreat. This modern property offers a living space furnished with a brand new sofa, a flat screen television and a sitting chair.

Tile flooring with area rugs throughout highlights the open floor plan. The combined living, dining, and kitchen area provides comfort and convenience with modern stainless steel finished for appliances and farm house style finished cabinetry. Clean up is easier with the tile topped counters. Living space is extended to the private balcony off the living area. Kitchen has Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffeemaker.

The second level continues with a wonderful Master bedroom and it is furnished with a spacious King bed and completed by a private bath. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and twin daybed and is equal in comfort with beach themed bedding making this townhome sleep up to 5 people with ease. Extra sleeping available with a pop-up mattress.

Town home amenities include two bikes (in downstairs storage area), and covered parking. San De Luna amenities include an onsite (heated) pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. San De Luna #14 provides handiness to shopping, dining, and nightlife while enjoying the Gulf Coast.

My only complaint would be door mats as the was no where to wipe your feet before heading inside, and a decent non stick fry pan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. It gets terribly hot throughout the condo during the day as you can imagine and there is not a single fan. Would be really great to upgrade the bedroom and living space lights to ceiling fans to help combat the heat. The mattresses desperately need to be changed as well, the king has two major divots from continued use and the twin sinks all the way down from used springs. The kitchen is upgraded well and has all you need for cooking and the laundry is also nicely upgraded.

Adorable decor, super comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is perfect - ocean directly across the street and the bay directly behind the complex. It was quiet and away from the more busy area of Pensacola Beach but a two minute drive to restaurants etc. We would definitely come back!

We spent many mornings on the gulf and then easily walked out the back door to the bay in the afternoons. The paddle board and kayak was hit! The condo was well stocked along with beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed the ability to bring our dogs along for vacation as they both love the beach. We will for sure be rebooking for next year!

Easy access to the Sound, Gulf and dog beach allowed everyone to do what they enjoyed without needing transportation. Location of trolley stops also very convenient when needed. We did have a couple of maintenance issues which the management company handled quickly. The furnishings were great, the only thing of concern is the living room sofa which was low and had thin questions, making it a bit less comfortable for us old folks!

Wonderful and relaxing stay

Open floor plan downstairs is a great use of space and makes it more comfortable. Only detractor for this stay was the unannounced roof work as a result of the tornado the previous month. Both front and back decks were tarp covered the last 2 days of stay. Understand this was a one-off event although not forewarned this was occurring. Limited the enjoyment from the decks and made Overall, would highly recommend SDL14 as a great place to stay!

This was our first stay at this location, and we were not disappointed. looked new on inside and updated, clean room, everything we needed was included even tennis racket, tennis balls, bikes, paddle board, closet downstairs with beach chairs, umbrella, and other needed beach essentials. The beach was on one side and the bay on the other. We had our pet and he loved it- dog beach just a short walk across form location. great balcony. We will definitely be going back. The close proximity to the ocean and views of the sound side were wonderful. The unit was very clean. There’s plenty of room on the front and back porch. Check in was easy and the staff was polite. The only complaints that I have are the sliding glass door was really hard to open and loud, the door locks are old and we couldn’t lock the bottom lock from the inside. The bed in the master bedroom was very high off the floor but it was truly comfortable.We would recommend this unit.

Wonderful Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been vacationing in Pensacola every summer for the past six years, and this was easily one of our favorite trips yet. The location and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere were just what we needed. With beautiful beaches in both directions and great amenities, the property was a hit, especially with the kids, who loved spending time on the tennis courts. Our dog loved being right next to the pet beach. We visited more frequently than we thought. With the outside shower, it was easy to rinse off both the kids and the dog. The location was perfect for us to be more away from the crowded areas and more relaxed and peaceful. -Yet still very close to all the restaurants and shops. The townhome was perfect for our family of five, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The only small piece of feedback we’d offer is regarding the master bed frame, which didn’t feel very sturdy and could be a bit more comfortable.That said, it was still a five-star stay for us, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

Best location ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family from Atlanta (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 8 year old, 1 dog) said it was the best location we’ve stayed yet. Over the last 8 years we’ve rented high-rise, gulf front & sound side. San de Luna is our favorite. Were able to tie-up 2 jet skis right out the back door instead of having to put in and take out in Gulf Breeze (every day (thank you friendly neighbor). And this unit allowed pets, so our dog could enjoy the week also, instead of being left with grandpa in Pensacola (me) all week! Did I mention it’s right across the road from the dog beach!! Will definitely use this unit again!

There was plenty of room for all of us!! I would have liked more cookware because we cooked most nights, but we made due. The bay was out your back door and the beach was right across the road...not a long walk!! Tennis court was amazing and the pool was awesome!! Definitely recommend this place!! We will see y’all next year 😀😀

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented at San De Luna for 30 years, so we have experienced in many condos. This open concept layout is very unique. The owners have certainly invested in good quality furniture. Having two beds in the second bedroom is also a rare find. I would recommend ceiling fans in each room (especially the living room), a larger or more useful dining table, and an upgrade on the twin mattress. Paradise beach homes is a great management company with excellent customer service. We received an early check in text which as greatly appreciated. We had an issue with the front door which was immediately acted upon, maintenance was there to repair within the hour.

The townhouse is completely updated, furnished beautifully, and sparkling clean. The kitchen and closets are big, the beds are super comfy. Lots of sitting areas on the two porches. Parking underneath unit for 2 cars and guest parking to the side if needed. The west end location is perfect with a private, easy beach access across the street. The trolley stop and dog beach were also convenient, a street away. Paradise Beach Homes was always available to answer questions and provided everything we needed. Not mentioned in the listing but provided is a Mr. Coffee Maker and iron/ironing board. Pensacola Beach has great restaurants and is not crowded. It's hard to find a nice pet-friendly place and this one exceeded our expectations. Loved our stay here, would 100% recommend, and hope to return!

Not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fine. The property was nice, clean, quiet and in a good location. The downstairs TV remote hardly worked, the dishwasher did not work at all, the sofa was terribly uncomfortable and we had minimal blankets for a rental that sleeps 5. The bedding was extremely light so we had to take bedding from other rooms to be comfortable at night. Not something we expected from a high quality beach rental. We've rented through Paradise a few times before, and this experience was not our favorite. During our stay insurance inspectors came by the property to assess some recent tornado damage (totally fine) but paradise did NOT inform us ahead of time. Truly disappointed. The message from Paradise came a day and a half later, after the inspectors already surprised us. It lacked professionalism from Paradise and we most likely will not be renting through them again. Our stay unfortunately was not at all worth the price we paid.

You have Gulf views on one side and bay views on the other. Direct access to the bay is wonderful. You are right across the road from the dog park and this unit is dog friendly. It is perfect for our family. The layout in the second bedroom allows for space for all our children. The unit is very nicely updated - the kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous. The updated washer and dryer are extremely helpful on a long vacation and will not ruin your clothes. The kitchen was very well stocked for most of our cooking needs - we cook every meal there and were not disappointed. It is very nicely decorated and furnished. The unit however, was not very clean. The floors clearly had not been swept, or for that matter mopped, in some time. Our feet were filthy on the bottom after just a couple hours in the unit and there were items left on the floor clearly from the previous guest (someone’s used contact stuck to the floor in one spot). Also, every window except the slider on the bay side was boarded over, shattered, or caution taped. There were very limited views from the bay side, which was very disappointing as it was not communicated to us at all that the unit had sustained damage.

Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great !We chose this location because it is right across the street from the dog beach.The unit needs some attention as it relates to needed repairs.Upon arrival we discovered the window next to the sliding glass doors was shattered / broken. We reported it immediately upon our arrival and sent pictures to management.The climate control is a programmed ( Nest ) thermostat that is programmed to default to 72 degrees. Even when adjusting it lower, it will automatically return to 72 after a short period of time.The front doors were difficult opening, closing and locking.The upstairs master bathroom toilet is not tightened down to the floor. It rocks so bad that we decided not to use it during our stay. The upstairs TV’s are not attached to cable like downstairs so you can only watch TV with apps loaded.There is an outlet hanging out of the wall in the master bedroom as well.The items above, did not really impact the vacation, it was incredible, however if I was the owner of this condo I would be disappointed in whoever is responsible for the upkeep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome sound front view and easy access to the gulf! We enjoyed fishing on both sides and lounging on the beach gulf side. Unit #14 was lovely -- updated and modern just as shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay, although the weather could have been a bit warmer. Our only recommendations are for a larger dining table (no room for serving dishes & only seats 4 comfortably). While the living room furniture looked very nice, it was not very comfortable.
