Welcome to a luxury home nestled in the mountains.

A place in the middle of nowhere while being in the middle of everything!!

First, let's talk about the location:
This home is the perfect base for every activity you can dream of. Being steps away from Arapahoe National Forest opens up endless opportunities (and thousands of acres) for outdoor adventures. The property itself sits on 5 and 1/2 acres, giving you a level of privacy few other mountain homes can provide.

About the Home:
We offer something for everyone in your group. Enjoy the Bright, spacious kitchen, with a great table for entertaining. The upstairs living room enjoys gorgeous views, wonderful natural light and comfortable places to snuggle up with a book. Have to work away from home? No problem. The office is beautiful, boasting floor to ceiling custom book shelves.
The downstairs living room is all about fun. Pull up a saddle stool to the bar, and watch sports on the huge TV's. Two living rooms means happiness for everybody!
Don't forget about the two huge decks, either. Think coffee in the mornings and cook outs at night.

-- Hunting -- Watch the Elk, Deer or Bear right below you as you enjoy your morning coffee from the decks.
-- Bike/ ATV / UTV / SUV - Explore hundreds of miles of mountain roads and trails to your hearts content.
-- Hiking. Walk from the property into Arapahoe National Forest with mile after mile of the best trails in Colorado. Or, Take a 30 minute drive and explore the legendary flat top mountains filled with mountain streams and Alpine lakes for fly fishing.
---Downhill Skiers! You are in the middle of ten of the best ski areas in America, Steamboat Springs, Beaver Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, A basin, Winter Park, Mary Jane.

Great place

We stayed there and snowmobiled for three days. Great place, close to the national forest and east to get into with our large trailers. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back some day.

Beautiful home and easy communication!

The house was great, lots of space for a large group. The host communicated quickly and was really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that you have to drive on a dirt road for about 10 minutes to get to the house, and we were there in spring with large enclosed snowmobile trailers. Lots of space to park in front of the house, had to leave the biggest trailer out on the road though because the driveway has a 90 degree turn and some trees in the way make it hard to back a 40' trailer in. The hot tub was also super nice but weren't able to have more than 4 people in it or the water would overflow and then be too low when you got out. Overall though really good stay, would stay here again and the host was great!

We moved to the Kremmling area 21 years ago to bring up our children in a safe environment where they could be free and learn solid community values. If you need to work a little, there is internet provided by Century link. If you want to just relax there are thousands of square miles of streams, trails, lakes, wildlife, provided by God.
