GORGEOUS LAKEFRONT condo with BEACH, 2 pools, and AMAZING views!

NEW updated flooring and furniture throughout! Enjoy the view of the beautiful lake from the screened in deck accessible from the living room or the main bedroom. The Ledges is one of the few condo complexes with a beach! Gorgeous point pool where you can watch the big boats cruise by or head to the 2nd pool located near the community entrance. Want to swim in the lake from the dock, you can do that too! Clean and newly updated condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, grill, fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer. Conveniently located at the 21 mile marker in Osage Beach. Close to everything by car or boat! Space to park 2 vehicles.

Main bedroom has a king sized bed with en suite bathroom with dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin daybed with an optional twin trundle bed underneath.

Second full bathroom has easy access to the kitchen/dining room/living room with a vanity and shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Want to sit down and enjoy your meal together, you can! The dining area has a dining table with seating for 5 that can be extended for additional table space. 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room has space for everyone! The couch has a queen pull out bed if you need additional sleeping space.

Bringing a boat or renting one while you’re here? We have don't have slip, but we are happy to help you find one at our complex for rent.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The host thought of everything. I felt like I was at home and it made the trip very enjoyable. The condo was super clean and anything you needed was provided. It was right on the water and our boat was able to be on the dock right in front of the condo. The host was super responsive before during and after our stay. Great place and great location.

Great location

The condo was very nice and had almost everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The only downside to our stay was the mattress in the master bedroom - I know this is personal preference but it was so soft and hard to get comfortable in - there was also no closet in the master to hang out dress clothes in - there was however a full dresser available. If it wasn’t for the mattress and closet situation this would be a 5 star stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay even though the primary bedroom mattress didn't agree with you. Yes, mattresses vary so much and it is very soft. Sorry that the primary closet wasn't available during your stay. Unfortunately that closet is full of supplies to keep the short term rental stocked for our guests. There's limited storage in condos. We appreciate all your feedback and take it into consideration when making changes.

Summer in Osage Beach

We enjoyed our stay. There was excellent communication with the host. The condo was in a nice area tucked away at the lake. The kids enjoyed the small beach area to swim and fish as well as the 2 pools. I liked that everyone had a space at the condo. The place was as described and we liked the screened in balcony to enjoy the view without bugs. Laundry was helpful to have in the unit, especially when we had to wash baseball uniforms between games. Walmart grocery delivers to the area and was super convenient. The people around us were friendly and we felt safe. There was an excellent sunset view at the pool on the point. We were able to do lots of activities in nearby towns. We enjoyed our stay!
