A very special house in the Black Forest. With foresight and an inspiring atmosphere down to the last detail.
High up and yet with a direct connection to the public transport network in Titisee-Neustadt.
The bio-renovated Black Forest house is located "above" the HBF Titisee-Neustadt with a great view of the city center and MĂŒnster from Neustadt. The Black Forest house has been newly renovated and equipped with oriental elements, so that it is in a bright, homely condition.

The apartment has on the 1st Upstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen, a very large dining room with a wood stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a single bed.
The modern bathroom has two sinks, bath and shower.
In the 2nd Upstairs there is a very large living room, a bedroom with a double and a single bed and a single room. There is also a bathroom upstairs. The apartment is accessible via an outside staircase.
The house has no elevator.

Lovely Christmas stay in the Black Forest

The house is two floors of a three-floor building. Entered by the metal staircase you can see in the picture. The interior is tasteful, and we found it well cared for. The rooms are lovely and all the bedrooms are a good size. The living room and dining area are much larger than the photos suggest. The place is spacious, with lots of space for everyone. It was always warm and was very well insulated and heated. The kitchen is pleasing and perfectly adequate for cooking for the number of people we had, essentially your standard holiday let kitchen. The Wi-Fi was great, and we had no problems with it. The house is fantastic for those who don't have a car as it's about 200m from the railway station. Moreover, because the owner is part of the Konus card scheme, you get free public transport for the Black Forest region for your stay. The train runs every half-hour to Freiburg, and several lovely towns are on the way - like Hinterzarten. Neustadt is a sweet little town with an excellent bakery and a couple of good butchers. There is a fine restaurant called Klösterle, which is a must if you're staying here, although you'll need to book. Behind the house is a path leading to the hills, and there are some fine walking and trail running routes. For those adventurous enough, there is a lovely walk/run to Titisee, and then it's easy to get back by train. Ein architektonisches Juwel fĂŒr perfekte Erholung

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien in einem Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur und stilvoller Einrichtung. Die Kombination aus modernem Design, einem gemĂŒtlichen Ofen und der entspannenden Sauna bot Erholung pur. Egal, ob fĂŒr einen kurzen oder lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt – dieses Haus ist absolut perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großes Ferienhaus, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Durch die NĂ€he zum Bahnhof und die GĂ€stekarte sind wir nur mit Bahn und Bus gefahren.

Schöne Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung, wenn auch sehr hellhörig. Absolut zentrale aber dennoch sehr ruhige Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden um ein paar schöne Tage in Neustadt zu verbringen. An der Sauberkeit sollte allerdings noch gearbeitet werden.

Unterkunft mit Potential

Schönes historisches Haus, liebevoll renoviert, Außenanlage ungepflegt. GemĂŒtlicher, grosser Ess-/Wohnraum mit viel Holz. Wir, 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen hatten ausreichend bzw. großzĂŒgig Raum. Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwĂ€hnt, ist die Zwischendecke zwischen den beiden Stockwerke nicht gedĂ€mmt und sehr hellhörig, was fĂŒr uns jedoch kein riesen Problem war, da wir eine Einheit waren. Zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof, trozdem ohne VerkehrslĂ€rm. GeschĂ€fte, BĂ€cker in fußlĂ€ufiger NĂ€he. Badezimmer waren sauber, Dusche in gutem Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer waren zu 80% in Ordnung, die Betten bequem. 2 Betten war jedoch voller Haare, das Bettzeug hatte Flecken und war gebraucht. Auf der Suche nach frischer BettwĂ€sche sind wir in den wild vollgestopften SchrĂ€nken wiederum auf schmutzige BettwĂ€sche gestossen, konnten dann noch einen sauberen Bezug finden. Der Lattenrost des 3. Bettes im 3-Bett-Zimmer muss erneuert werden. Die Sauberkeit in der KĂŒche fehlte leider komplett. Der Kaffeeautomat dampfte beim ersten Benutzen, deshalb öffneten wir (zum GlĂŒck) die Abdeckung und fanden einen stark verschmutzten Innrenraum und eine verschimmelte BrĂŒheinheit vor. Der Eisschrank mĂŒsste dringend abgetaut und gereinigt werden, der KĂŒhlschrank erneuert (in der TĂŒr ist eine Flaschenhalterung rausgebrochen - was bereits in einer Bewertung aus 2021 bemĂ€ngelt wurde). Leider war auch das Geschirr, das Besteck und die Pfannen nicht sauber. Wir sind keine peniblen Mieter, eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit ist jedoch selbstverstĂ€ndlich. in Summe war es einfach zuviel! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bereits vor der Anreise schleppend/wortkarg. Aufgrund der fehlenden Sauberkeit haben wir direkt am Anreisetag Kontakt zum Vermieter aufgenommen. Er rief uns einmal zurĂŒck, erreichte uns nicht, er unternahm danach keine weiteren Versuche uns zu kontaktieren. Weder rief er an, noch antwortete er auf unsere Nachrichten. So nahmen wir nochmal tel. Kontakt auf und baten ihn um Stellungnahme. Er war freundlich, entschuldigte sich, berief sich jedoch hauptsĂ€chlich auf die bisherigen guten Bewertungen. Das GesprĂ€ch war jedoch leider nicht lösungsorientiert. In Sumne ein schöne, gerĂ€umige Unterkunft, jedoch mit mangelnder Sauberkeit und fehlender Kommunikation durch den Vermieter. Wir haben schon unzĂ€hlige FerienunterkĂŒnfte bewohnt, dies ist unsere erste kritische Bewertung. Wir hoffen dadurch fĂŒr nachfolgende Mieter eine Verbesserung zu erreichen!

Wonderful Holiday!

An excellent property, very spacious, lovely and warm in the icy cold (-13C at night!). Clean and plentiful bedding and towels provided. Well stocked kitchen (be warned - no microwave), 2 very large living areas, a dining area and a living room with TV. We hadn't hired a car, but with the Konus card and the location right next to Titisee Neustadt train station, this wasn't a problem at all. Getting around was very easy 🙂 Lidl is only 10 mins walk away, along with a small playground in the village. Highlights of our trip: - Schauinslandbahn cablecar in Freiburg - Badeparadies swimming pool inTitisee - Ravennaschlucht - the gorge itself and the Christmas market (you have to pre-book the market online!) Thank you Masoud for excellent communication throughout, and a wonderful place to stay!

Noël en famille dans ce trÚs beau chalet !

Nous avons passĂ© un NoĂ«l magique dans ce lieu. Logement chaleureux et spacieux pour accueillir largement 9 adultes avec des espaces pour que chacun puissent avoir son intimitĂ©. Nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien, si nous pouvons faire une remarque, le frigo mĂ©riterait ĂȘtre plus grand. La ville est trĂšs agrĂ©able et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les tickets de transport gratuits pour chacun d'entre nous et pour toute la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour. La taxe de sĂ©jour est largement rentabilisĂ©e. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pu rester plus longtemps et envisageons de revenir dans la rĂ©gion.

Top Lage - ideal fĂŒr Gruppe

Mit der GĂ€stekarte konnten wir die ganze Woche vom 5 min entfernten Bahnhof aus sehr vieles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sehr gerĂ€umig, schöne Zimmer, HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche inclusive. Aussen Bereich etwas ungepflegt, Geschirr und Besteck z. T. defekt, veraltet. WĂŒrden trotzdem wieder buchen☀

Goed vertoeven

Wij waren aangenaam verrast over de inrichting (dank voor de 'welkom-fles-wijn') en hebben genoten van de ruimte in het huis. Onze pubers vertoefden boven en de volwassenen beneden. Vanaf het balkon keken we uit over Neustadt. Winkels en station zijn op loopafstand waardoor we de auto konden laten staan. In de omgeving hebben we prachtig gewandeld en de Titisee is met de trein zeer goed bereikbaar. Kortom; een heuse aanrader, ook met pubers.

Super séjour à Neustadt

Nous étions deux familles de 4 et 5 personnes avec des enfants ùgés de 5 à 12 ans. Le séjour s'est trÚs bien passé. Maison trÚs bien équipée et agréable à vivre, chaleureuse. Il ne manque rien. Elle est située à deux pas de la gare et à 5 minutes à pieds du centre. On peut ainsi facilement accéder aux commerces et aux lieux touristiques alentours. Nous recommandons!

Charming home in a charming town

We had a fabulous time at this property! The home is lovely and had plenty of space for our whole family. The location was excellent: across the street from the train station, and just a couple of minutes' walk to many cafes and restaurants.

TOP Lage und Aufenthalt

Diese Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr 9 Personen geeignet, es ist wirklich viel Platz vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind toll, jedoch etwas hellhörig wegen der fehlenden Isolierung zwischen den Holzdecken. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch die Waschmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat etc. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Danke

Der Ausblick von der HaustĂŒr aus ist wie auf eine Modelleisenbahn

Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz. Negativ ist, dass zwischen 1. und 2. Obergeschoss (dies ist die Ferienwohnung) nur ein einfacher Bretterboden ist,so dass oben keine Trampeltiere einquartiert werden sollten. Was bei der Buchung nicht bekannt war ist, dass das Erdgeschoss anderweitig bewohnt ist. Ich hoffe nur, dass die Schallisolierung zwischen Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss anders/besser ist. Beschwerden gab es keine, man hat aber immer die BefĂŒrchtung, dass man fĂŒr den unten Wohnenden zu laut ist. Ansonsten alles ok.
