Eine liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung. In wenigen Geh-Minuten erreicht man den See und auch den Bahnhof sowie mehrere Gaststätten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nett und unkompliziert. V.a. geeignet für Paare. Für Familien eher weniger, da sehr klein und das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch sich nicht komplett verdunkeln lässt. Fußläufige Lage zum See sehr gut. Das Ambiente rund um den Titisee (sehr touristisch) ist nicht jedermanns Sache, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nix.

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe des Titisees

Wir haben den Urlaub mit unserem einjährigen Sohn gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist klein, für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby aber groß genug. Der Titisee ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Angenehme Urlaubstage

Die Wohnung ist hell und gut ausgestattet. Kleines Schlafzimmer mit Bett direkt an der Wand, trotzdem genug Stauraum. Schönes Strandbad in Fußweite, Supermärkte sind in Neustadt. Parken in der Tiefgarage war nicht möglich, Parkplätze gibt es aber in 80 m Entfernung, kurzes Halten auch vor dem Haus möglich. Sauna (großzügig, im Keller) wurde nicht genutzt. Kommunikation mit Vermietern und dem hilfsbereiten Nachbarn problemlos. Einziger Minuspunkt: Sehr häufig Zigarettengeruch auf dem Balkon, so dass wir lieber drin gefrühstückt und den Balkon auch sonst selten genutzt haben.

Schöne Gegend , saubere voll eingerichtete ruhig gelegene Wohnung , sehr netter Nachbar, der uns empfangen hat und jedefzeit erreichbar war. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöne FeWo gut gelegen

Schöne Ferienwohnung. Mit Fußweg ist die Stadt erreichbar, mit Auto ist der Feldberg auch nah. Alles sauber und in Ordnung, alles da was man braucht, können wir weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Familienurlaub im Spätsommer

Wir waren für eine Woche mit kleinem Kind und Baby in der FeWo von Familien Silzle. Alles Top - die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Nur die Parksituation direkt am Haus ist - kompliziert. Fam. Silzle und die Nachbarn stehen da aber beratend zur Seite. Also halb so schlimm. Titisee ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern so mässig geeignet. Einen schönen großen Spielplatz o.ä. haben wir nicht gefunden, die meisten touristischen Angebote sind auf 60+ angelegt. Empfehlen kann man aber die Badestelle, dort ist der Eintritt frei und es ist dennoch recht wenig besucht (und hier gibt es dann auch einen Spielplatz).

Verblijf in appartement familie Silzle

De vakantiewoning was perfect voor twee personen, wat ons alleen niet duidelijk was, was dat het hier ging om een appartementencomplex, waar dus ook veel vaste gasten verblijven. Wat ons betreft zou het voor vier personen wel erg krap worden. Ligt overigens ook aan het weer wat je daar hebt. In het appartement is echt alles aanwezig en de buurman zorgt er ook wel voor dat je een fijn verblijf hebt.

gemütliche, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist gemütlich und besonders stilvoll eingerichtet. Man vermißt nichts. Die vorbeiführende Straße ist extrem ruhig, fast kein Autoverkehr. Bahnhof wie See sind ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Silzle war reibungslos und Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell über das FeWo-Portal beantwortet. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Eine schöne, sehr gepflegte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, aber auch in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen (Feldberg, tolle Wanderwege usw.). Perfekt für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Vielen Dank u d viele Grüße an den Gastgeber.

Hervorragende, auch mit der Bahn gut erreichbare und saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt (sogar mit einer Sauna zur Mitbenutzung). Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Vermieter!
