NEW Entire beautiful 2 bedroom house

Welcome to our newly remodeled home! It is stylish, spacious rental home in North Highlands minutes to I-80 freeway, grocery stores and restaurants. Located in quite neighborhood with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy our TV with Netflix,high-speed internet. This home is ideal for visitors, families and executives.

All mattresses are memory foam with pillow top queen size.
The space
It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh linen and two pillows.

Living room has 1 couch that could become queen size additional bed, TV, dining set for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There are crib, extra pillows, towels and blanket inside the hallway closet.

There are washer and dryer located in garage
Guest access
Our guests are welcome to use entire house, garage and private fenced backyard!
Other things to note
There is $20 fee for extra person who is not staying with you.

The is $500 party penalty fee. No parties allowed.

We can charge for any kind of damage to our property or missing things.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late Check Out extra fee $25 for an hour.
Quiet hours from 10:00 pm till 8:00 am. If we get a complaint, we will charge $200 for breaking of the house rules.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving Stay

Great place to stay. Would recommend . We had to come up from LA area to visit terminal family member so we weren’t in the house a lot but to sleep. but it was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed . Very clean and easy check in.

The property was very cozy with a private backyard. There were a couple of things that needed a little fixing and attention. Other than that really enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Our review

The condo was nice: however the furniture was not comfortable or useable in reality. Very poor quality of chairs and couch. Our family was afraid to sit anywhere without it breaking. Sorry to say it was not a warm and friendly environment. Luckily we got there late at night, slept and got up early and left. The refrigerator was very dirty on the outside appearance as well.

Very Disappointing

The area around the duplex is very crowded and dirty. (The streets, the stores, etc.) This is not a house, it's one side of a duplex. It is very small and would not accommodate 7 adults. We had 4 adults in our party. There is one regular sized couch in the living room. We had to move the kitchen chairs in to the living room to have enough seating. Not comfortable! The coffee pot was miniature, so we had to make several pots in order to have enough coffee for 4 adults. The pillows and bedding were very basic and not comfortable. The door leading to the garage had previously been kicked in (it was obvious). The other door did not lock property because the deadbolt did not line up. The listing and description are not accurate. Try fitting 7 adults on one couch! We had rented the property for 10 nights and we left after 2 nights because we were so disappointed and frustrated. I addressed these concerns with the property manager directly. She said she did not agree with me and didn't seem to care much about everything I pointed out. Rent at your own risk!
