The Owls Den. Entire Main Level Home All To Yourself.
This home is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet area. The overall energy of the house and neighborhood will be one to remember. Enjoy the entire main level of The Owls Den all to yourself.
-Full Kitchen
-Full Bathroom
-Spacious living room with a futon and a couch
-spacious enclosed backyard.
-R.O. system for fresh drinking water
-Home is equipped with a water softener for fresh showers and baths.
-shampoo, conditioner, bars of soap, towels, washcloths, and toilet paper provided.
-Smoking is only allowed outside the home.
-The backyard is accessed from the Southside of the home.
-Backyard is 420 friendly.
NOTE: I live in the basement of the home. The basement is sealed off by a locked sliding door that is locked from both sides. I will not intrude during your stay, unless cleaning or maintenance is needed during a lengthy stay. I have my own separate entrance at the back of the home. I respect your privacy. I do have security cameras outside of the home for your protection as well as mine.
