If you want to relax from everyday stress and spend your vacation in peace and surrounded by nature of the Dalmatian hinterland, then you are in the right place. The luxurious and modern furnished vacation house is situated on a large fenced plot, in a suburb of Imotski. The house is fully equipped for a pleasant vacation. On the first floor there is the wellness area with whirlpool and sauna, as well as the fitness and recreation room. The large heated swimming pool provides the necessary refreshment on hot summer days just as on cooler days, and right next to it is the beautiful covered terrace. On the first floor of the main building there is the kitchen with living area, one bedroom and bathroom, while on the second floor of the main building there are five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Behind the main building is the outbuilding, which consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living area. All rooms in the house are equipped with heating and cooling system. For all those who want to practice sports, the multifunctional playground is available for basketball, soccer and tennis, and the children's playground will especially please the youngest. This house offers a lot of comfort and relaxation and the vacation here will surely be unforgettable. Near the house there is a restaurant with the possibility of catering. Various events are held in Imotski during the summer months. It is also recommended to visit the Red Lake and the Blue Lake. The beautiful pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera are only about 30 minutes away by car. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation.

We were an extended family group with 16 people ranging in age from 67 years to 17 months. The villa was comfortable with lots of space, although the kitchen was on the smaller side. Everyone appreciated the good mattresses and the air conditioning worked well. The tile floors were quite practical and easy to clean, although obviously hard and unforgiving should a child fall. Ditto the stairs. We got a lot of use out of the swimming pool with its comfortable chaise lounges and umbrellas, sauna, tennis court, and the outside kitchen, but the hot tub never got above a lukewarm temperature, the weight lifting equipment was somewhat dilapidated and the tennis court really needs to be resurfaced. Also, there are bushes around the tennis court on the inside of the fence, which means that we were constantly hunting for the tennis balls in the hedge. The basketball rims were good, and there were nice basketballs, serviceable tennis racquets and plenty of tennis balls available at the villa. It was an easy walk with good sidewalks to the city center of Imotski, but the first 200 meters from the house to the main road are really steep. Our hosts were immediately responsive when we had questions. We all had such a good time.
