This beautifully renovated holiday home with pool is located in Zaton, near ibenik. Directly by the sea, only a few metres from the beach, this unique house is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It consists of three fully furnished residential units and a large garage in the basement (outside staircase) and is ideal for several families or friends. Relax on the cosy terrace with a view of the sea and the bay. Next to the private pool behind the house is a large, covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue for socialising. The owner can organise a boat mooring on request (extra charge).
