The old Podere Eduardo estate consists of 2 residential units for 5 and 10 people in separate houses. It is located in the great Valnerina National Park, north-east of Spoleto, near the village of Cerreto di Spoleto and has a great, quiet, panoramic location with great views of the surroundings. A beautiful garden with pine, cypress and flowering shrubs is available to the holiday guests on two levels. In one corner there is a pool with a diameter of 6 m. Casa Pinella is for max. 5 people and has a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Casa Rosetta is for max. 10 and has a large living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The two residential units can be rented together or separately.

Wir hatten anfangs Probleme beim finden der Unterkunft, da es einen kleinen Berg nach unten geht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt unproblematisch. Zu beachten ist das es kein Wlan gibt und nur in einer Küche ein Ofen ist. Der Pool wird alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt. Wir konnten ganz einfach mit dem Eigentümer, sowie dem "Haussitter" über Whatsapp kommunizieren da beide deutsch sprechen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes questions. Vacances parfaites .

Altes Steinhaus mit viel Charme

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderbaren Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und wir haben es sehr genossen, in diesen alten Gemäuern einige Zeit verbringen zu dürfen. Wir haben einige sehr schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen in die Umgebung gemacht, haben einige (wenige) Tage aber einfach den ganzen Tag nur am Pool mit Lesen verbracht und die Aussicht bewundert. Auch die Jugendlichen waren begeistert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Assez vaste et multiple pour accueillir notre famille de 13 personnes, parents, enfants et petits enfants. Le jardin offre une vue superbe sur les montagnes, des emplacements ensoleillés et ombrés pour toutes les heures du jour. La piscine est discrètement enfouie dans la verdure (donc froide). La vallée de la Néra est peuplée de villages perchés, tous à visiter! Dans le top 5 de nos nombreuses locations estivales.

bellissima casa ma pericoloso abitarvi

Io e i miei amici abbiamo incontrato diversi problemi, che elenco: - all'arrivo, la pulizia dei bagni e della cucina era buona; ma le camere e in particolare i coprimaterassi e le coperte non erano puliti - la principale porta d'ingresso è posizionata sui gradini di una ripida scala - la seconda porta, più comoda da utilizzare, non ha serratura; si può bloccare con un cuneo di legno, dall'interno - per accedere alle 2 camere al primo piano occorre superare un ingresso non più alto di circa 160 centimetri - per accedere alla camera del secondo piano si sale su una scala ripidissima e per un tratto senza corrimano - il vialetto d'ingresso è fatto di grossi massi; è una fortuna non avere subito distorsioni! - la serratura della camera esterna alla casa ha la serratura difettosa - nei lavandini del bagno esterno alla casa trovavamo spesso calcinacci provenienti ovviamente dalla intercapedine nel soffitto - in cucina, sul piano di lavoro, trovavamo sempre segatura provocata dai tarli delle travi soprastanti Pensiamo non sia una abitazione che segua alcuna norma di sicurezza, quindi pericolosa. Vi chiediamo, come VRBO, controllate le case prima di metterle in affitto??

Proprietà immersa nel verde, ben attrezzata e curata. Situata sulle alte colline umbre, in un borgo tranquillo. Casale nel verde in collina

Casale Eduardo è molto ben ristrutturato e accogliente. Un bel giardino consente di trascorrere le giornate all'aria aperta in tranquillità. In 10 minuti di auto è possibile accedere a negozi e locali vari. Purtroppo la piscina è all'ombra per gran parte della giornata e l'acqua è fredda (per noi italiani).

Wohnen in altem Gemäuer

Es ist ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude mit wunderschönem Garten und Ausblick. Wenn man keinen besonderen Comfort erwartet, dafür Atmosphäre in toller Lage, dann genau richtig! Sowohl der Vermieter, als auch der Zuständige Kollege vor Ort haben sich toll gekümmert. Wir konnten den originalen PizzaOfen verwenden. Eine kleine Reperatur wurde sofort erledigt und wir konnten uns super auf deutsch verständigen. Tipps für die Umgebung haben wir bekommen, Hilfe bei Arzt und sonstigen Fragen. Alles sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Außerdem großartige Ausflugsziele in der Nähe!
