Escape to the Lake in this 5 bedroom/3.5 bath Lake house that sleeps 8. Enjoy the views while sitting on the decks or taking in the lake on the private swim dock. You will have complete private access to the upper/bottom levels of the house. You must be 30 years of age or older to book this property.

During the season, there are 2 kayaks and a paddle boat on the property to use. The house has 2 separate entrances, top and bottom are not connected internally. Bottom level has multiple steps to access. Plenty of parking onsite and the public boat ramp is 1/2 mile away.

Quiet & Peaceful

I was looking to get away for a couple of days to experience quiet, this definitely was just the ticket. House could use a few more necessities, kitchen utensils, etc but overall a good place to stay!

Family Vacation!

Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) recently stayed for Labor Day and this home did not disappoint! It was so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean, well stocked and suited all of our needs. The host, Cherie was super responsive and always available. The lake was easy to access and it was nice to have use of the kayaks and paddle boat as well! This was our first trip to Lake Hartwell but definitely not our last!

Annual Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Haven. Our group was large and ranged in age from 5 to 71, and we all fit comfortably. The bunk room was a big plus for the cousins to stay together. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks and paddle boat, and relaxing by the fire pit after the day in the water. The location was perfect and the neighbors were very friendly. Cherie was very responsive to our needs. It was a great vacation!

So relaxing

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable rental. It was very family friendly for the kids age range we had there. (6yo up to 15yo) The property manager was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. And if there was anything we needed they were there to help. Definitely will be back!

We had a great time at the Lake!

We had a great weekend at this property. It was clean, well organized, and private. The separate entrances and decks were perfect for our group to have both together and separate time. Ideal if you have teens. Everything you need is there, so don't over pack like we did :) We also really appreciated the dog friendly environment. Our aging dog had a great time too!

Excellent place to stay

House was very clean and has everything you need. The view from the the lake was awesome, very quiet. If you want a place for relaxing and doing something different this is place!
