Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home on Capitol Hill, ideal for a large family gathering which is what we were there for. Large areas to gather, the beds were comfortable, large kitchen that had everything you would need and more. I would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect For Corporate Group

The house was ideal for our company to use for a large trade-show at the Salt Palace in down town SLC. Great space to relax and decompress after long days. Hot tub worked great. Only issue was very little parking on the street for a large group with multiple cars.

Stately Manor in the Capitol

Amazing home! Meticulously renovated to combine original craftmanship and materials with contemporary upgrades. It's truly a spectacular home! It easily accommodates 8-10 people with 5 bedrooms. The piano is tuned and sounds great. You will love your stay at this incredible property.

This property has a luxury feel to bring the creative brain inside you to life. It has an amazing story of being on Capitol Hill and we've been able to keep as much of the original uniqueness to the home as we could!
Along with that there's street parking and is centrally located to Downtown Salt Lake City and Temple Square making it a perfect location.

You can see the original flooring throughout the home, in fact we keep a book in the living room on the main floor of this house and what makes it so historic. Centrally located to Downtown Salt Lake City, Temple Square & a 5 minute walk from the SLC Convention Center (Salt Palace) - making it a perfect location no matter what you're going to do whether that's skiing, corporate retreat, visiting the convention center or film a movie!
