The Hideaway

This Vacation Dream Villa is located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral and it offers everything for your unforgettable dream vacation.

The Villa has an Infinity Edge Pool with a salt water system. It is equipped with an electric heater and can be heated upon request.

Take a moment and enjoy the virtual tour, the pictures to get an impression of our villa.

The pool area has southern exposure and overlooks a wide gulf access canal. It features a dining table and a lounge area to relax in front of a big screen TV as well as an LED fireplace.

The lanai area is also equipped with an outside kitchen, BBQ and refrigerator for cold drinks.

The Hideaway features 3 bedrooms / 2 baths plus an additional pool bath. The center of the living area is the very well equipped kitchen with 2 islands, granite counter tops and an oversized refrigerator.

As one of the rental guests put it very well: “A Gourmet Chef’s Dream”

The master bedroom with a king size bed also has a private sitting area to relax, with a second TV and glass sliding doors to the lanai.

The huge master bathroom has a bath tub and walk-in shower.

The master suite also has his and her walk-in closets with plenty of room for your

wardrobe and for your shopping treasures.

The two guest bedrooms each have a walk- in closet and private sink and toilet areas. They share shower / tub combination.

You will also find washer and dryer in the separate laundry room as well as 4 bicycles in the two car garage.

It is a short drive to the closest shopping plaza or you can tour one of the bike trails close by.

Amazing Property
We had such an amazing time at this property. We spent most of our time on the Lanai and in the pool, but the entire property was outstanding. We will definitely be staying here again!

Worth every penny
We booked this property for a family vacation. There were 3 couples total. Property was as pictured and very clean. Even with 6 adults we never felt like we were cramped for space in the house. All of the amenities listed were available to us while we stayed. The check-in was great and the property manager met us at the house to answer any questions we may have had. The outdoor space is where we spent the majority of our time. It is phenomenal! The only small issue we had was on our last full day the pool stopped working and we did not hear back from the property manager as to if there was a way to get it turned back on. We still were still able to enjoy the shallow end of the pool just not get all the way into the water without the heater turned on. Other than that, we were overwhelmingly impressed with the property. So impressed that we have already booked another stay! We look forward to returning to Villa The Hideaway next year!!!

Great Stay
Property was just as the listing stated. Very clean and very nice. The pool area is excellent and we spent all of our time there. The shallow landing in the pool was great for our 2 year old to play in. The host and property manager were quick to respond as we had questions and even accommodated a late check out which was much appreciated. Only suggestion I would make for the future is to update the welcome booklet with additional house-related information on filling up the pool, working the tv, outdoor fireplace feature, etc. Overall fantastic place and would stay again!
