A pool, pool table, and dolphins? Oh my! 3bed 2 bath on canal 2 blocks to beach

This is a fun family home! If you should happen to get bored with all the local attractions, or if you are coming just to relax and enjoy some down time, this is the home for you. We have a pool table, dart board, and air hockey. Want more? Swim in the electric heated pool, or lounge pool side in the warm sun. Still want more? Enjoy fishing in the canal off the boat dock in the back yard. But, wait, there's more! Enjoy sunset views? Take a short walk or bike ride, about a quarter mile, to the local beach for the best sunset views. If you are an earlier riser, you can also enjoy sunrise views. Also located at the beach is the Boathouse restaurant and tiki bar. Or, you could just pack the cooler and beach blanket and spend the day at the beach. And did I mention dolphins? I see dolphins swim through the canal most days. How awesome is that? Dolphins in your backyard?!

2023 Vacation

We are always impressed with our stay here, we've stayed here twice now. Our kids are occupied with the multiple options she's provided: games, pool table, hot tub & screened in outside area. Right on a canal, there are kayaks & life jackets provided. Overall we love this house!

Better than advertised

This property had everything we wanted for our winter escape. There were so many included amenities that our need to find entertainment outside of the house for a 14 and 11 year old was minimal. Becky was extremely prompt, attentive and kind to our request for a new DVD player. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, the arcade games, kayaks and even saw some dolphins in the canal. Thanks, Becky, for a wonderful vacation!

Annual Cousins Trip

The house had plenty of room. A wide variety of essentials in the home. We rented kayaks and had them delivered to the house, very convenient with the dock in the back. Seen some dolphins in the canal. Pool was great. The tiki bar at the yacht club is a great place to go. The house location is close to Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach,,Pine Island, Captiva Island/Sanibel Island. Plenty of places to eat in the area.

Perfect no frills

Excellence property, clean and functional. Lots of extras like dishwasher tabs and kitchen roll. Games for kids great WiFi. Location great, beach is currently closed but lots to do in Naples or Sarasota. Recommend driving to Clam Bay $10 parking, trolley to the beach. Lots of restaurants a short drive away. Perfect temp in the pool, all round great stay at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Had fun

Despite hurricane Ian devastating this area of FL. The property was nice. Quiet, peaceful. Brand new since hurricane. The lanai was great for pool and hot tub. Arcade games, billiards, and nice large space was the best. Cooked a lot in big kitchen. Chanel outback was also superb as we caught several large catfish. Great walks with views and little traffic. Ft myers is hurting…but this place is tops in the area. Owner so great!

Overall stay was good, I will tell host as I tell every host, I am not stripping your beds and doing your laundry, ever. Was not happy that I could not turn on pool heater or hot tub heater after about 9pm because they have a timer on the electricity, so 1st night we were there could not use, then took most of the next day to get pool warm enough to use. Other than that, nice place well stocked.

Everything and more!

I took my daughter and a group of her teen friends to Cape Coral after a long week of dance competition and classes. Becky was super accommodating. She answered questions immediately. The girls had a fabulous time utilizing all the fun activities. The kayaks and bikes were a huge bonus. But the pool was the ultimate favorite of the girls! Although we didn’t need it, it was nice to know for next time that there was access to any supplies we may have forgotten. The location was PERFECT! I have been to several properties on Cape Coral and I highly recommend this property! Thank you so much for the AMAZING time!

Lots to do without leaving the house!

Every thing from the booking process to checking in and checking out was a breeze. The host was very good at communicating quickly with any questions I had. The house is very spacious and accommodating. Everything you need is already there from fishing poles to all the gear for a day at the beach. The bathroom had a closet full of extras in case you forgot! There were several spices and extras in the kitchen as well as a cute basket with some delicious coffee pods and snacks! We fished right out back and caught several fish including a sting ray! We saw a manatee our first evening there and dolphins in the morning right in the canals! As soon as we got there and stepped out back, I told my husband I never wanted to leave. We fell in love with the home and the area! I cried when we left! Thank you for opening up this amazing home for us to have the perfect stay! I cannot wait to come back!!!

Amazing Place

We had an incredibly time staying here! The home had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation and Becky was top notch and ensuring we had a full line of communication anytime we needed it! We didn’t see any dolphins in the canals but we also weren’t around much to watch for them! We did a boat tour to see dolphins which was fantastic! When the rain hit, the home was perfectly equipped with any entertainment our kids needed and we were able to swim a ton! Thank you again for a great week!
