Stylish holiday apartment with modern "Harzer" charm with sauna and bath

Spend wonderful vacation days in our stylishly furnished, approx. 80 sqm *** apartment. It is located at the height of tower 2 of our residential complex on the 2nd Floor.

The apartment was extensively renovated at the end of 2016 and completely refurbished. In the living room, our guests will find a comfortable couch, a spacious armchair and a rocking chair. A large TV on the satellite system gives access to a variety of TV programs. A compact system offers a CD player, USB MP3 player, FM radio receiver and the option of connecting additional audio sources via Bluetooth. From the living room and both bedrooms you can access the approximately 12 square meter balcony. The balcony furniture invites you to breakfast in the morning sun. The beds in the bedrooms have new mattresses and new bedding. Each bedroom has its own shower bath "en suite".

The spacious entrance hall leads to both bedrooms and the kitchen. There is a complete kitchen equipment with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle and toaster to be able to spoil yourself with culinary delights. You will find a washing machine and a dryer in the area of the indoor swimming pool. The coins can be obtained from the caretaker.

You reach the 10 x 20 m heated swimming pool via the hall and down a flight of stairs. There you will be pampered with a water temperature of 29 ° C. A large sauna area offers the opportunity for further relaxation. Fitness room, table tennis and billiard table invite you to exercise.

The apartment complex has a covered entrance area, which can be reached directly with the vehicle on arrival and departure for loading and unloading the luggage. Luggage trolleys for transport within the facility are available free of charge.

A reserved parking space is available to our guests in the underground car park. Alternatively, you can park on the public parking deck.

A small kiosk in the lobby of the apartment complex offers bread service, magazines and other small things should they ever be missing.

The spa town of Bad Harzburg offers a variety of options to make your vacation interesting and varied. An 18-hole golf course, mini golf course, high rope climbing facility and much more are available for sporting activities. A special attraction is the recently built tree top and root path. Many events over the course of a year, such as the Festival of Lights, the Horse Racing Week or the Chestnut Festival, are attractive milestones in cultural life in Bad Harzburg.

The strolling mile of Bad Harzburg, the Sole-Therme and the cable car can be reached on foot from our apartment complex. Extended hikes can also be started directly from our facility. At, you are, so to speak, "right in the middle"!
