Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Im Vorfeld stand immer ein Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Dies war sehr wichtig für uns, da meine Frau gehandicapt ist. Auf unsere Fragen wurde geduldig und erschöpfend Auskunft gegeben. Bei der Anreise war jemand vor Ort und hat und ausführlich in der sehr sauberen und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung alles gezeigt und erklärt.Auch während des Aufenthaltes stand immer jemand hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Es wurde auch immer hinterfragt, ob etwas fehlen würde. Einmal wollten wir grillen, aber wir hatten kein Feuerzeug dabei. Kein Problem, dies wurde umgehend gebracht und wir konnten im sehr schönen Garten grillen. Der Zugang zum Garten ist über eine Treppe vom Schlafzimmer möglich. Meine Frau, die geheingeschränkt ist, kann den Garten problemlos über den Hof ohne jegliche Schwelle erreichen.Wir können diese Vermieter und diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben.Eines steht fest: Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.Wir denken sehr gerne an eine schöne Zeit zurückClaudia und Martin
