Between Tarn and Aveyron spread trays of Ségala, countryside mixing fields and small groves, covered multiple streams and rivers, known here as the country of hundred valleys. The region is pleasant in summer, fresh and green. You can swim (supervised swimming) Lake the Roucarie or Cape discovery, real entertainment complex sports (skiing on grass, Dévalkart, nautical ski, swimming pools...) built on the grounds of the former mines. The Museum of the Mine is a beautiful evocation of the epic of coal in Carmaux. Discover also discovered al of the small hidden treasures of Ségala, in walks and hikes to the viaduct of the Viaur of Eiffel, the chapel of the hideout, the peninsula of Ambialet, etc. 30 minutes away from road, the Musée Soulages in Rodez, and of course the Episcopal city of Albi, classified by UNESCO World Heritage of mankind.
