We had a great time and enjoyed the house. We loved being able to walk on the trail and to a quaint restaurant down the street. The dogs had a great time running in the huge backyard. We had everything we needed and we were close to the beaches. Would definitely recommend this place!

This place is awesome. This is our third time staying here. Place is very comfortable. Very clean great backyard and perfect for us and riding bikes. The trail is a block away. My wife and I did over 140 miles during our stay on the trail. Always look forward to returning. Thanks Riley again for allowing us to stay.

The cozy turquoise house is exactly that. Cozy and cute. Perfect for us as a couple with a dog. Big backyard for the pooch. House is adorably decorated in an old Florida theme. Flamingos, turquoise and pink. Well thought out. Very clean, easy to communicate with the host. A TV issue was immediately resolved. Located near the beautiful beaches of Indian Rocks, very good restaurants and a nice park. Well stocked with the basics. The dishwasher just did not clean the dishes, so we had to hand wash the dishes. The dishwasher really needs to be replaced. The neighborhood, while feeling safe, has seen better days. The location, however, was excellent. All in all, we enjoyed our 4 day stay.
