IT FEATURES A SPLIT BEDROOM DESIGN WHICH OFFERS A PRIVATE MASTER SUITE FEATURING A TOMMY BAHAMA KING SIZE SLEIGH BED.LARGE WALK IN CLOSET,PRIVATE BATHROOM AND FRENCH DOORS THAT LEAD OUT TO THE POOL FOR A MIDNITE DIP IN OUR HEATED (ELECTRIC) POOL.OUR 2ND. Why they chose this property

We built in cape coral because of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Cape coral is situated between Sarasota and Naples, close to Sanibel island and Fort Myers beach, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of a beautiful Florida night.

What makes this property unique

Take a nice walk to four mile cove ecological park. Located right off Del Prado we are close to some of the best dining and shopping in cape coral. Were close to pine island, visit this cozy artsy, sleepy town on the bay. Visit reds restaurant for the best seafood anywhere. Hop in the car and visit alligator alley or shop in Naples .
