Electric heating, washing machine, TV plug. Garden furniture, bbq, cot on request, enclosed car park, table tennis. Surface area : 47 m². TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Spa resort of Balaruc les Bains 6km, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Valmagne Abbey, Pezenas (art, history, Molière), beaches 15km (Les Aresquiers, Sète..).
