Electric heating, washing machine, TV plug, cot on request. Terrace (20 m²) opening on shared garden, furniture, enclosed parking, table tennis. Surface area : 47 m². TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Spa resort of Balaruc les Bains 6km,, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Valmagne Abbey, Pezenas (art, history, Molière), beaches 15km (Les Aresquiers, Sète..).
