At this trendy & newly updated property you can enjoy an upstairs private level conveniently located near all West Portland highways. This location in Portland’s suburbs neighbors many shops, grocery stores, walking trails, parks, and Portland’s Washington Square Mall. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults and includes a large deck with a Cuisinart 360 Grill overlooking a very spacious backyard that is fully fenced in for the safety of any children or pets. 70" 4K Smart TV above fireplace with surround sound.

All pets must be current on flea and tick prevention before check-in. Guests may be required to provide proof of current flea/tick prevention upon request. This helps protect the property and future guests from flea or tick infestations.

Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year.

Tigard Treasure

This is our second stay in this home and we enjoyed it so much. Grandkids loved the big backyard and swing set. Even with hot days the shade from big trees kept us comfortable. The host was easy to talk to and very accommodating.

Lovely home.

This was a great little house to stay in for a few weeks. The backyard was wonderful. The neighbors were very nice. The homeowner communicated very rapidly when I emailed him. The neighborhood was very pleasant.

Quiet Tigard Home

This home met all our needs—large lot with wonderful swing set to entertain grandkids, huge trees to give us shade during hot days and a nice deck for eating outside. Nick was easy to get in touch with and addressed all our questions promptly. Nicely decorated and comfy beds!! Close to all shopping needs.

Perfect for our family while house hunting

This place was perfect for our family of four and two small dogs. We stayed here for 6 weeks while we were house hunting from an out of state move. The place was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. It had everything we could have needed, including a salad spinner! The beds were very comfortable and had cozy linens. The house is in a great location on a quiet street. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood which is lush with huge trees. The trail system was within walking distance, as well as the library. The owners, Nick and Shannon were great to work with. The house has a very large backyard that the kids enjoyed playing in. We would definitely recommend this property!
