Les 3 Tours is a holiday rental located on the outskirts of Carcassonne, just 15 minutes from the famous medieval city. The village of Roullens offers a pleasant setting where the peace and tranquility of the surroundings will enchant you. It’s also the ideal base for exploring all the region’s gems, all within 30 minutes of the cottage: Limoux with its carnival and blanquette, the Canal du Midi, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, the hiking trails that wind through the beautiful landscapes of the Aude, the Cathar castles of Lastours, and the Upper Aude Valley with its charming villages (Alet-les-Bains, Rennes-le-Château...). On-site, you’ll have access to a completely private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill to enjoy meals outdoors or simply to relax and unwind under the southern sun, as well as the entire fenced-in, tree-lined outdoor area. The private pool (6x3x1.70m, chlorinated) is at your disposal; you’ll have access to it at any time of day in complete privacy to cool off and splash around during the summer months. The cottage is attached to the owners’ home, with ground-level access via a hallway, and includes: - A large living area with a seating area featuring a sofa and a TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine). - Bedroom 1: a 140x190cm bed. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. - Bedroom 2: a 140x190cm bed and a sofa bed for a child, with its own private en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet). - Bedroom 3: one 140x190cm bed. Private, secure parking on the property. Garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles. Pets are not allowed due to the presence of cats on the property.
