This villa on one level consists of a large living room of 75m ² with a fully equipped kitchen and 4 large bedrooms, one with dressing.

Great property in beautiful location

We had a fantastic stay in Carcasonne. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. The only small problem was having to bring bedding and towels as we were flying and this wasn’t mentioned in the original listing - apart from that we loved it! Thank you

Casa ámplia, limpia, acogedora, con la distribución perfecta para estar en familia, muy práctica, con todos los utensilios más que necesarios de cocina, bien ubicada (a 7 min en coche de la Citè). Hemos pasado unas vacaciones de navidad en familia que las vamos a recordar siempre como un año muy especial (familia compuesta por 7 adultos y 3 adolescentes). Muchas gracias Airlen e Inés, por la casa y por vuestro estupendo trato y atención. Repetiremos sin duda!

Magnifique maison avec parc propice à la chasse aux oeufs, Pâques oblige. Séjour vraiment très agréable en famille, mamie avait tous "ses oeufs " pour ses 60 printemps. Merci à Ines pour son accueil.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. Quartier calme à moins de 5min de la cité et 5min du lac de la Cavayere. Très grande pièce à vivre, grand jardin pour faire courir les enfants, balançoire et petite cabane très appréciée des enfants. Parking privatif devant la maison très grand. Grandes chambres bien séparées de la pièce à vivre, idéal pour le dodo des plus petits. Je recommande vivement.

Idéal pour les enfants

Les propriétaire aiment les enfants ! ils ont laisser à disposition une bibliothèque de livres d'enfant (et une collection impressionnante d'ouvrages de cuisine aussi) ainsi que des jeux en tout genre. Merci à eux pour la confiance accordée aux locataire. Sinon la maison est bien climatisée et très agréable à vivre. La proximité de la cité et du lac ont été particulièrement appréciés.

Excellent séjour

C'est la deuxième fois que nous profitons de cette villa, et c'est reparti pour 5 étoiles ! Pour compléter mon commentaire de 2018, nous bénéficions en plus de chaises longues et d'une piscine hors sol, deux équipements qui se sont révélés indispensables par ces temps de forte chaleur cet été. Encore merci à Inès et son mari pour leur chaleureux accueil et leur disponibilité.
