I have lived in Brewster (summers) all my life with my 3 children who now live in Florida...the front dwelling is a c.1860 Carriage House which I refurbished into a tiny 3 bedroom cottage, later adding the laundry, kitchen and upstairs garage/apartment, upper deck and shed.
Why they chose this property
I chose this property because it is located close to my family cottage at Sunset Beach where I spent summers with my parents and 4 siblings plus lots of cousins and nieces and nephews!
What makes this property unique
The property is North of 6A 1/2 mile to beautiful Pt of Rocks beach...it is a short walk to a number of fine restaurants, coffee shops, the library and the famous Brewster General Store! Beach Stickers are available at Town Hall.
