This home is located in a quiet residential beach neighborhood. Under a half mile from incredible Mayflower and BayView Beach (Dennis's best beaches). Dennis is known for their north side beaches- to be under a half mile from them is a premium location where you can establish your family memories. This cottage is special because it is located off a private dirt road providing safe walking paths to the beach. Our kids grew up walking to the beach alone and this is a prime opportunity for your family to make similar memories. Note - many consider the 10 minute walk close. Read reviews for independent opinions of the short walk but the beach does allow free drop offs if you wanted to drop the kids off with the towels and chairs and walk down to join them.

This home is intensively cleaned each turnover (see reviews on what guest observed). House is fully sanitized prior to arrival (typically every mattress cover and pillow protector is washed weekly, all kitchen surfaces including refrigerator and floor are cleaned with a bleach based cleaner. Book with confidence. Linens not provided must bring sheets (2 queens 3 twin beds), pillow cases, bath towels and beac towels.

This home sleeps 6 MAX, it is fully furnished and is ideal for a family looking to get away to the cape. There is a massive deck right off the kitchen facing the back yard. There is direct sunlight all day- there is a barbecue, picnic table (with 8 seats) and additional chairs. It will be your favorite place to hang out in the afternoon after a relaxing day at the beach! You'll have a quiet, grassy yard surrounding the house making it ideal for outdoor sports and activities. There is an outdoor shower as well as a shower and tub inside.

Our family of 5 lived here every summer for 20 years. Inside there is a large open living /dining /kitchen area ~12X 20. In this remodeled kitchen you will be able to cook a family meal since the kitchen is fully equipped with pans, cutlery and everyday necessities. This cottage has moderate furnishings that are perfect for a beach vacation. The bathrooms have been renovated. Honestly, the bedrooms are modest in furniture and construction (painted paneling, etc.). All reports, when asked, state mattress are in good shape and have only been used fora few summers. The entire cottage is extremely clean and bright. We are looking for renters who will appreciate the extra effort taken to maintain this standard (and expect it to remain this way). The master bedroom has a half bath as well. The master and 2nd bedroom both have a queen bed with dressers. The middle room is quite large with 3 twins beds.

Your cottage will be equipped with high speed wireless internet & cable. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that you can use at no charge. We also have beach chairs, umbrella, etc all located there as well. We allow a max of four cars as you can only park in the driveway (otherwise you will block the neighbors since it is a small private road).

You'll find this cottage is a great complement to sunny days spent at the Cape's best Northside beaches (Google Mayflower beach for reviews). Three beaches are within walking distance - Mayflower, BayView and Chapin (again this a 10-12 minute walk not houses away). Our kids grew up walking back to the house for sandwiches and mid-day breaks. That is what makes this the perfect home-its proximity to the beach off and most of the walk are low traffic roads. After your first stay you will find this is where summer memories are made.

The outside deck and yard are where the memories will be made. Lots of sunny and shady areas, plenty of seating and places for hide and seek. This road is located off Beach Street and is a gravel which has little traffic. Great for couples and families.
