This bright, air-conditioned cottage, with its exposed stone walls and tasteful decor, is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation just steps from the sea. You'll be staying in Saint-Nazaire, a charming town nestled in the Roussillon plain, close to Canet-en-Roussillon and its long, sandy beach. Ideally located, Saint-Nazaire combines the tranquility needed to recharge your batteries with endless opportunities for walks and hikes. The cottage, located on the first floor of a characterful house on the owners' farm, has a separate entrance. Outside, you'll enjoy a large, enclosed, shared garden with trees and flowers, with a private area for each cottage, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A second identical cottage (66G118612) is attached, on the same level. Upstairs: Living room with kitchen: dishwasher, microwave Bedroom: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) Bathroom Toilet Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) Enclosed parking is available on site. Your accommodation is located in a former 20th-century barn, formerly called Les Pressoirs
