Casale del Riccio is a very old farm house,set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and recently renovated into a confortable holiday villa.
This beautiful farmhouse still conserves the traditional building and represents the typical rural architecture of the Valdichiana countryside with wooden ceilings, antique brick arches, Tuscan terracotta floors and an elegant furnishing which give Casale del Riccio a very special touch of genuineness and authenticity.

This beautiful villa is located at the edge of the woods that mark the border between the Valdichiana and the Valdarno valleys. The property is dominated by the ancient Castle of Civitella. Casale del Riccio is the ideal accomodation for those who want to spend a restful holiday without renouncing day trips to the most beautiful artistic towns of central Italy. Each bedroom has beautiful views on the countryside.

The villa is situated a few kilometers far fom Arezzo, Cortona, Monte San Savino, Trasimeno Lake, Sansepolcro, Chianti region, Valdorcia and more.

The big and well-kept garden is an ideal location to hold any kind of party and reception such aniversaries or weddings, business meetings. The garden can be covered with stands during the cold season. In summer, it is also possible to make areas for children using inflated games or follow cooking lessons in the kitchen of the villa.

GROUND FLOOR: Sitting/dining room with fireplace, kitchen with large portico facing out onto the swimming pool and equipped for al fresco eating, two double bedrooms with possibility to add one single bed in each room, bathroom with shower, laundry room.


FIRST FLOOR: Two double bedrooms, two double bedrooms with possibility to add one single bed in each room, two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower.

The property with electric entrance gate is completely fenced and has 5 covered parking spaces. Around the villa there is a large garden area with garden furniture, brick barbecue, games for children, a sports field, table football, table tennis and a lovely pool (6 x 12 m, depth from 1, 10 to 2,00 m) equipped with solar outdoor shower, sun beds and sun umbrellas.

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 250.
