Full kitchen with dishwasher, flat screen tv's with Spectrum TV, Wi-Fi, linens and towels, everything for your Maine Beach Vacation, right down to the lobster pot! This unit is located on the 4th floor via elevator and comes with one off street parking space located across the street behind Molly O's Restaurant a great place to have breakfast or lunch!
For those early spring nights or fall evenings fire up the gas fireplace for a bit of ambiance and open a bottle of wine from My Wine-y Sister located on the first floor of the building! Convenient right? Also conveniently located in the Atlantic House is boutique shopping and on the second story during the summer months, there is The Sand Dollar Restaurant which has live music on the open air deck during the day and a piano bar at night! *The music from the Sand Dollar Restaurant rarely reaches the 4th floor.
Everything that Short Sands Beach has to offer is within walking distance. For instance... Both Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches, York's Wild Animal Kingdom, The Beach Bucket grocery store and take out, coffee shops, restaurants and fun shopping!
