Awesome location, walk to the beach, the Marginal way, Perkins cove and downtown Ogunquit. The trolley is right down the street. Heated pool, tennis courts, and playground for your children. Recently renovated master bedroom and two full bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout and patio with ocean views. Two air conditioners and well stocked kitchen. Master has a king bed and sleeper sofa is a king with a tempurpedic mattress.
