About this property

Welcome to Gravity Chalet! This is a perfect house for mountain bikers, hikers, families and anyone who loves to immerse themselves in nature. You will have complete privacy and access to the entire 2264 sq foot, spacious open floor plan home with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and an upstairs bonus room. Plan your next ride on the deck that overlooks the trail. 1/3 mile ride from the back door to the Huntley Gravity Zone. The Little Sugar and Back 40 trail networks are accessible by bike. Minutes from fishing or paddling at Lake Avalon and Lake Windsor. Plenty of bike and gear storage inside the garage. Please walk inside, open the garage and pull on in when ready. The code on the outside of the garage is not in order and we do not provide an opener (for security reasons).

The Space:

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/basics, granite countertops, coffee maker, microwave, newer appliances, dishware, flatware, breakfast bar with seating

GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, washer/dryer, towels, linens, hair dryer

BEDROOMS: New and high quality mattresses in all bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with linens and pillows. Master has an en suite bathroom with a shower, tub and a walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the other side of the home, providing privacy and peace. The 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is a bonus room upstairs with a queen, full and a twin bed.

Guests will be provided a door code to use during your stay which will be provided a few days before check in. Although you will not likely meet us in person we are a phone call away for any assistance you may need.

Northwest Arkansas offers breathtaking natural and manmade wonders and is known for outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, paddling, climbing, golfing and more. Explore the museums and enjoy the many restaurants, coffee shops and micro breweries.
