Hi, we’re Neil & Beth!

We’ve called Scottsdale home since 2007 and absolutely love everything Arizona has to offer. I’m originally from Houston, TX, and Beth is from Los Angeles. We met in the Bay Area, completed graduate school in Southern California, and eventually settled in Scottsdale, where we’ve built our life together.

Over the years, we’ve been self-employed and recently began investing in real estate with a focus on creating high-end short-term rental homes. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy—whether it’s friends, family, or guests from around the world, we love helping people experience Sedona in style and comfort.

At home, we don’t have kids but happily spoil our two dogs, two cats, and a few horses. I spend free time playing golf, while Beth enjoys the outdoors and riding horses.

We’d be excited to host you here in Sedona. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about our home or the area. We’re happy to help!
