In a quiet area, 35 minutes from the ocean, 45 minutes from the Basque Country and 15 minutes from Dax, this typical Landes house in its oak airial will welcome you for holidays with family or friends up to 10 personnes.Au heart of 3 ha, The large 5x11 swimming pool (with protective curtain) heated from June to September and its pool house will allow you to enjoy until late at night. The 5 large bedrooms (double beds) and 1 sofa bed in the TV/library living room upstairs as well as 3 complete bathrooms to receive you in the best conditions. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, its central island allows you to prepare meals in a friendly atmosphere. Reversible air conditioning and fireplace to ensure your comfort. PETS ALLOWED..
