La maison est superbe. Chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. Accueil, échange parfait et réactif. Commerce 5 min à pied. Plage 10 min.en voiture. Parfait pour un séjour de détente.

Nettes Haus in neu erschlossenem Gebiet

Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet einstöckiger Häuser, die sowohl als Ferienhaus, als auch als normales Wohnhaus genutzt werden. Der Supermarkt ist nur ca. 500m entfernt. Möchte man sein Brot von einem richtigen Bäcker muss man noch einmal 500 m weiter fahren. Den schönen Strand erreicht man am Besten mit dem PKW - mit dem Fahrrad ist es doch etwas weit und es gibt keine direkten Radwege. Das Haus ist neu und im Stil sehr einheitlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war gut - in der Küche fehlten lediglich Müsli-Schalen. Alles andere war vorhanden. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist sehr groß und auch das riesige Sofa ist sehr einladend. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt - eine tolle Mischung aus Sträuchern als Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn und bietet auch eine Boule-Anlage. Im Haus fehlt es fast an nichts. Lediglich Müslie-Schalen und Boule-Kugeln haben wir vermisst... Und der Rasen war noch nicht richtig angelegt - aber wir sind sicher, dass dies noch überarbeitet wird und das Haus dann keine Wünsche mehr offen lässt.

maison neuve

La maison est moderne et très bien agencée. Rien ne manque. Plage à 10 minutes environ en voiture et centre Leclerc à 5 minutes à pied. Les seuls bémols : pas de chaises longues pour profiter du jardin et le centre ville de Linxe est peu animé.
