Welcome to Ayguatébia-Talau where you will appreciate the many houses with stone walls and sometimes old bread ovens. This valley, in summer, is a place that you are not ready to forget, with its breathtaking landscapes, between pine forests and flowery meadows. Not to be missed: the visit of the four oratories at the four cardinal points: a pleasant hike around the village. From this cottage, you will be close to the ski resort of La Quillane, and a few kilometers from the resort of Angles and Formiguères. After a day of skiing, you will enjoy a moment of relaxation in the thermal baths of Llo or Dorres. Our 2 cottages offer you from the entrance, a breathtaking view of "our lady", the Canigou, sacred mountain of the Catalans. On the other side 20 km as the crow flies, southern Catalonia, a first hike for seasoned skiers; for the others, no worries, by car, by bike, on foot, after each crest a new landscape. Fully equipped, our 2 gites are composed of: - Living room with open kitchen Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x190 Shower room Separate WC The courtyard is shared by the 2 adjoining gites (66G101001 and 66G101002). Ideal for children. Animals are accepted under the supervision of their owner. The owners live below. For a foray into Spain or Andorra, don't forget your identity cards. The hamlet and the two gites do not have any recharging facilities for electric vehicles (public terminal or suitable electrical outlets). Given their isolation, recharging electric vehicles cannot be done on site.
